  Pros

  Easy to take and you can really feel the difference between using it and not. My skin feels softer and the texture has improved. I've tried other brands, but they had a fishy taste. This one, however, doesn't taste bad at all!

  Cons

  There's not really anything to complain about. The case is sturdy, which is nice, but it would be great if they made a version without a case too. It feels like it creates a lot of waste.

  Tip

  I take it before bed because I feel it's more beneficial for my skin while I sleep.
