  I love that it's in powder form, making it convenient to take without water. Plus, it contains biotin, an essential nutrient for hair health, along with collagen.

  Cons

  Keep in mind that collagen doesn't show immediate results after just one or two uses. I recommend taking it consistently for the best effects.

  Tip

  I take this along with Inner Lab White Low Molecular Weight Collagen Glutathione. Combining the two allows me to get both biotin and glutathione, which I find beneficial.

  Pros

  I've been taking these because my nails keep splitting and my hair was getting dry and brittle. It's convenient that I can carry individual packets around and take them on the go.

  Cons

  I suppose the main drawback is the price. I wish they'd use simpler paper packaging for the outer container to make it a bit more affordable.
