I love that it's in powder form, making it convenient to take without water. Plus, it contains biotin, an essential nutrient for hair health, along with collagen. Keep in mind that collagen doesn't show immediate results after just one or two uses. I recommend taking it consistently for the best effects. I take this along with Inner Lab White Low Molecular Weight Collagen Glutathione. It has a subtle apple-like flavor. I bought it as a set with collagen. It comes in a tin case wrapped in plastic packaging. I can't really tell if there's any significant effect. It's just... meh. I don't plan to repurchase.

It's a great snack for satisfying sweet cravings when you're bored. I've noticed my skin has become smoother too. They're so delicious that I want to keep eating them. Be careful, you might end up finishing the whole container in one sitting if you're not mindful.

I love that I can get both collagen and biotin in one convenient supplement, and best of all, it tastes great without any fishy flavor. It's so easy to take and I really enjoy it. I honestly can't think of any downsides. It's such a convenient way to get my collagen intake. I keep 3-4 sticks in my bag and take them whenever I have a chance. I've tried the pink BB Lab before, but I was curious about the flavor of this one. It doesn't have that typical fishy taste of collagen, instead it has a refreshingly sweet Shine Muscat grape flavor that makes it easy to consume. Since biotin isn't synthesized in the body, I'll need to make sure I take it regularly. I have relatively thin hair, but after consistently taking these, I feel like it's starting to look a bit fuller and more vibrant! There's nothing bad to say! They're so convenient to carry around, which is fantastic.
