I've been using this after repurchasing, and it has a slightly emulsion-like texture that's moisturizing and soft, but finishes matte, making it great for applying foundation or cushion. When I first applied it, it was moist, but as it dries, it becomes nicely set and fixed, so even in the summer, the base doesn't seem to break down as much. Since it's long-lasting, I don't have to use powder or blotting paper as often, and I like that I use less of this product.😻
Cons
You really need to apply it in small amounts. If you apply it completely dry and then put on the base, there won't be any caking or lifting.
Tip
For those with oily areas (around the eyes) where makeup tends to smear and come off easily, applying a small amount in those areas can help it stay on much better. I used to have a problem with my eyeliner always coming off, but after using the primer and doing my eye makeup, it stays on much better.👍

Compared to other products, I liked that it was moisturizing at first and then finished with a matte look! The difference between applying it and not applying it is definitely significant, so on days when I'm putting on makeup diligently, I always make sure to apply the primer.
