  Skin type: Combination dehydrated skin with excess oil, prone to blemishes I generally prefer cleansing oils due to my high sebum production. I was curious about this product made from rice and makgeolli! The cleansing effectiveness is excellent. It rolls on smoothly and emulsifies cleanly. It removes eye and lip makeup effectively too. After use, there was no irritation, and it didn't leave my skin feeling overly stripped or dry. The scent seems to be the distinctive aroma of makgeolli. I didn't find it unpleasant! I recommend this to anyone looking for a gentle cleansing oil.

  Yellow oil. Rice makgeolli. The name suggests a cleansing oil with a beautiful color that catches the eye. It's a thin-textured cleansing oil that seems gentle yet effective in cleansing. There's a unique scent, possibly due to the rice bran oil and rice bran water. 'Practicing clean beauty life, utilizing upcycled rice bran material.' They've used leftover rice bran from brewing cheongju, which feels good for both the environment and the skin. I used it with satisfaction.

  I've always liked About Me products for their good ingredients, and I enjoyed their rice foam cleanser. When there was a free shipping deal, I decided to try their cleansing oil too! It has great cleansing effectiveness and does a good job removing blackheads and sebum. I also loved that it doesn't leave much residue on the skin.

  Cons

  It's a bit runny, so it tends to drip. And the scent... or fragrance... Those two aspects were slightly disappointing.

  Tip

  Since it doesn't leave much residue, those with dry skin don't necessarily need to follow up with a foam cleanser. You can finish your routine by gently pressing and wiping with a toner pad instead.

  It removes makeup effectively and excels at exfoliating dead skin cells and clearing out sebum! After using it, all those little sebum particles disappear, leaving your skin incredibly soft and smooth. I'll definitely be repurchasing this, hehe.
