I use this as a base color and I love it! The velvet texture doesn't smudge easily, barely settles into fine lines, and has impressive staying power. The subtle pink shade applies beautifully, giving a natural flush. I'm completely satisfied with this product! I'm honestly thrilled with everything about this product - from how it feels on my skin to the color payoff. There's absolutely nothing I dislike about it! It works great as an alternative to an overlip pencil too! - yu*******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedMar 18, 2025
As someone who's been dealing with cheilitis for about 2 years, I finally found a tint that works perfectly for me without any lip or cheilitis symptoms! The color is a perfect match for my cool-toned skin. I used to think my lips needed to be moisturized when I had cheilitis, so I mainly used lip balms and glowy tints. However, those (especially R* tints) actually made my lips worse. Even though my lips aren't in great condition and I was hesitant to use a tint with Red 202, I'm now on my second bottle without any issues! Since I prefer matte finishes, I didn't have any complaints. Also, I usually apply emulsion and moisturizer to my lips during skincare, so I don't have much dead skin cells and didn't experience any issues with emphasizing flakiness. I highly recommend this for cool-toned individuals, especially those with a light undertone! While lip balms and glowy tints don't work well for me, matte tints might not suit everyone. Be cautious as it contains Red 202. If you experience any adverse reactions when using it, stop immediately! - te**********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinDark CirclesWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedJan 12, 2025
The Summer Berry shade piqued my curiosity from the name alone, especially as a cool-toned beauty enthusiast! I just had to try it out. Color: It's a muted lavender hue that would work wonderfully as a base. Depending on your specific undertone, it might feel slightly warm, but it's perfect for neutralizing overly cool shades when used as a base. Personally, I prefer pairing Summer Berry with a vibrant purple lip for a stunning combo! Texture: While it's more matte than Bbia's 'Flower Abyss' line, it blends seamlessly without emphasizing dead skin cells. The built-in applicator allows for easy control and blending, but using a lip brush will give you a sheerer, more diffused look. I find the product's tip sufficient for a beautiful application - just pat and blend! Cool-toned beauties searching for that perfect lavender base, this is a must-try! Trust me, one tube won't be enough of this holy grail product! When worn alone, it felt a bit muted for my complexion, which typically favors vibrant pinks. It was just shy of perfection for me. Given its soft lavender tint, I think the ultimate combination is Summer Berry as a base with a pop of grape-colored lip on top! If a full-on bold lip feels too daring, try using this as your go-to base. - mj****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedDec 20, 2024
It's great for adding a subtle, natural vitality to your lips without going overboard. The easy application is a real plus. While the color isn't too bold, making it wearable for everyday, it might be a bit too subtle if you're looking to make a statement. It works wonderfully as a base layer on the lips, especially for creating a two-tone effect. You can reapply throughout the day without the color becoming overwhelming. The more you wear it, the more its charm grows on you. - be*******Combination SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedDec 1, 2024
I used BBIA when I was younger too... Now I totally get why so many people were crazy about it. The color payoff is amazing! Can't think of anything bad. Applying this lip product is such a joy. The color is perfect for summer! - si********Normal SkinSensitive SkinOct 19, 2024
Skin type >> Summer Cool Light 1. Fragrance The moment I first opened the cap, a delightful scent wafted out, reminiscent of a perfume! 2. Expiration date It's incredibly generous, lasting until April 18, 2027. 3. Color payoff When I applied it to the back of my hand, I thought it looked quite pretty. It's very cool-toned with strong purple undertones, likely to suit those with cool complexions. However, when applied to the lips, hmm... it seemed similar to my natural lip color, which was a bit surprising. I think it might look prettier if applied over a light layer of foundation! 4. Texture It's so matte and powdery that you might wonder if it's actually a lipstick. It adheres well to the lips and feels lightweight, but with prolonged wear, it tends to emphasize dead skin cells, so a lip balm is essential! It's not very flattering as it emphasizes dead skin cells. Also, since it's close to my natural lip color, I'm still a bit uncertain about it. - go*********Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 28, 2024
This is my first time trying a lipstick in this shade, and I'm impressed! The color is absolutely gorgeous, and it has amazing staying power. I think this color suits cool tones better than warm tones. For those with naturally darker lips, try applying a light layer of foundation to neutralize your lip color before applying the lipstick. This will create a more delicate and ethereal look. - gi********Combination SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedAug 13, 2024
Summer Light Type / Shade 22.5 Perfect as a base lip color! When used alone, it gives a nude lip feel. It's cooler than Summer Rose, so I personally reach for this one more often. In the photo, I applied Summer Berry first, then added BBIA V19 'Flower Dizziness' as a point color! BBIA Last Velvet Tint is truly so good in terms of product quality... I have no complaints. BBIA Summer Berry + BBIA Flower Dizziness = winning combination for light undertones - ch*********Normal SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRednessRecommendedAug 7, 2024
(The photo shows shades 1, 2, 5, 7, 8, 9, 11, 13, and V41. Please refer to these for color reference.) Adherence / Lightweight / Velvety finish - Just like BBIA lipsticks, it's incredibly lightweight with excellent adherence and a velvety feel! I was amazed by its performance and how smoothly it applies right from the start. Noteworthy Highly recommended for those with cool undertones. It has strong purple and plum undertones. The moment I saw it, I thought 'This is definitely a cool-toned lip color!' As I can't pull off extremely cool tones, it looked a bit too cool on me. But the color itself is truly beautiful. As it's a velvety, matte product, exfoliation seems necessary before application. - 14*******Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedJun 15, 2024
The light color makes it perfect as a base lip or for a natural look, especially for someone like me who doesn't wear much makeup! It has more of a white undertone than expected, so I wouldn't recommend it for warm complexions, but it could work well for cool tones. The color is a bit different from what's shown on the website. When I swatched it on the back of my hand, I was surprised to see a hint of purple-pink. I'd suggest testing it in person before buying. It seems like a great lip product for cool-toned individuals aiming for a natural look.
