This foundation feels like a gift from Amuse specifically for dry skin, especially perfect for winter use. It's truly a game-changer! The skin looks flawless, and you can't even tell you're wearing foundation (it's the epitome of a natural finish). Bottom line: if you have dry skin and it's winter? This Amuse foundation is calling your name. Don't even hesitate - every moment you spend deliberating is a moment wasted! If I had to nitpick, I'd say that it can get a bit oily as time passes. But for someone with extremely dry skin like me, even this oiliness is a blessing. Though to be honest, I still feel a bit dry even with the oil. Another minor drawback could be that, being a glowy foundation, the coverage isn't the best. But hey, that's what concealer is for! Make good use of your concealer, folks. Even if you're a die-hard fan of the glowy look, remember that too much shine isn't always flattering. Use some powder to tone down any unflattering shine in your makeup routine. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinSep 22, 2024
Perfect for dry autumn and winter seasons. The lightweight formula applies smoothly and thinly, allowing for a glowing complexion. It's so easy to blend that you can even apply it haphazardly with your hands if you're in a rush. I tested it in a sauna, sweating profusely, and was impressed that it didn't break down or look messy. The coverage is quite sheer, so imperfections still show through. It might appear too dewy for those with oily skin. If you have noticeable pores, the product tends to settle into them, making them more visible. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinJan 17, 2024
< Summary: A vegan foundation that gives a clear and beautiful glow, but due to significant drawbacks, it's only recommended for those with naturally good skin > - Color: The shade appears to be nicely light and clear. It's close to ivory, so it should suit various skin tones without looking out of place. I chose 01 Pure, which I'd recommend for those with a shade 19 or lighter. - Finish: It beautifully expresses a glow. The skin looks really pretty with this foundation. - Vegan: While this may vary from person to person, it could be a plus for those specifically looking for vegan products. - Dead skin cell emphasis: As time passes, it accentuates dead skin cells. Despite being a moisturizing foundation, it's only hydrating at first. Over time, oil rises to the surface and dead skin cells become noticeable, which was quite disappointing. - Coverage: While you shouldn't expect high coverage from a moisturizing foundation, even compared to other hydrating foundations, the coverage isn't great. I wouldn't recommend it unless you already have good skin. - Packaging: Although the case itself is very pretty, the lid doesn't seem to seal tightly. This constant air exposure means that even with daily use, you'll always get some hardened foundation coming out first. I recommend trying various combinations by mixing this product with others. This way, you can minimize its drawbacks while maximizing its strengths, rather than using this product alone.
