-The unique thing about this foundation is that it applies like skincare. -It's incredibly hydrating, so I've been using it as my go-to winter foundation. -Although it feels like skincare, surprisingly, it sets quite quickly. You need to blend it out fast after application! -The foundation tends to solidify, almost like clay drying, leaving residue-like bits. Because of this, you need to cleanse your skin thoroughly after use. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 14, 2025
Moisturizing and doesn't easily cause breakouts. Recommended even for sensitive skin! There is a slight sense of slippage and buoyancy, so skincare should be done very lightly. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinSensitive SkinMay 10, 2025
First, I have combination dehydrated skin that's quite thin, and while it's not constant, my skin often acts up during seasonal changes. Outside of those transition periods, in full summer or winter, my skin is actually really good. Just for reference! I discovered this product last summer, and when I first used it, I was telling everyone I'd found my holy grail foundation. The pros - From the first application, the formula is so hydration-packed that even a makeup novice like me could apply it super easily. Despite that, it gives a flawless porcelain skin finish and has amazing staying power. I was constantly getting asked which dermatologist I go to and what skincare I use. The cons - This could really just be my personal skin issue or due to other factors, but since everything else in my routine stayed the same, I think this might be the reason... Anyway, after using this religiously for about 6 months, I started noticing oil gradually building up on my face. As someone who loves that Inner Glow look, I actually thought this was good and used it even more intensely... Eventually, I got these tiny pus-filled bumps on my face. I thought it wasn't a big deal and popped them, but it turned out to be folliculitis. You know how follicular mites feed on oil, right? And if you pop them, they spread all over... It was my first time ever getting folliculitis, and it spread across my entire face. I've been going to the dermatologist and taking medication, but due to side effects causing constant rebound flare-ups, I had to stop the meds and ointments. I ended up paying the equivalent of plastic surgery costs at a clinic specializing in folliculitis treatment. The product performance is truly amazing, so even those with thin and super sensitive skin like me might be able to use it. However, I'd recommend not using it daily. Instead, save it for important days and make sure to take breaks in between uses. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinOct 12, 2024
This is one of those products that's incredibly hydrating and gives such a beautiful skin finish. The unique lid-opening mechanism made it even more intriguing. I absolutely recommend it for those with dry skin, and it's even suitable for extremely dry skin. While the longevity was just okay, it fades so beautifully that I sometimes deliberately apply it earlier to let it wear off gracefully. That's how gorgeous it looks! (Don't miss the pro tip!) There's honestly nothing bad to say about this. The longevity is excellent, and there's not a single flaw. The only downside might be that it's a bit pricey. Remember to shake well before use. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinSep 22, 2024
Perfect for dry autumn and winter seasons. The lightweight formula applies smoothly and thinly, allowing for a glowing complexion. It's so easy to blend that you can even apply it haphazardly with your hands if you're in a rush. I tested it in a sauna, sweating profusely, and was impressed that it didn't break down or look messy. The coverage is quite sheer, so imperfections still show through. It might appear too dewy for those with oily skin. If you have noticeable pores, the product tends to settle into them, making them more visible. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAug 8, 2024
I love how it's moisturizing without feeling heavy on the skin. It doesn't cake up either. While it's hydrating and applies thinly, the coverage is not as good compared to other foundations. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 24, 2024
When applied, it feels moisturizing and gives a natural look to the skin It doesn't provide any coverage at all. It's a bit dark, so you might want to buy one shade lighter than what you're currently using It would be good to mix it with a cushion foundation - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinMar 20, 2024
It feels natural, moisturizing, and lightweight. I'm satisfied and think I'll use it well. I can't think of any downsides. It's excellent as it is, providing a natural makeup look. If you need more coverage, you can supplement with a concealer. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinMar 14, 2024
Absorbs thinly and moisturizes well. Gives a radiant glow. Refills available. Sets faster than expected. Tends to ball up when applied with hands. - Hwahae UserDry SkinMar 10, 2024
I apply foundation with my fingers and I love how easily it spreads and how moisturizing it feels! It blends well even when applied by hand, and the color is beautiful too. I haven't tried using a puff or brush, so I'm not sure about that, but when applying with fingers, it tends to pill slightly in some areas. I definitely recommend applying it with your fingers as well!
