So I wasn't worried about the ingredients at all. It contains EWG green-grade safe ingredients and MLE technology>< (MLE technology is a technology that reproduces the actual skin structure to enhance absorption.) I keep checking and mentioning this every time I use it, so I've practically memorized it🤣 🌿Texture It's an opaque stick-type with a subtle herb(?) scent, in my opinion~ It's the same scent as the Atopam MLE cream I used before ㅎㅎㅎ The application feels a bit thick and sticky at first, but it absorbs well and becomes less sticky~ It feels less sticky once it's absorbed and moisturized well>< And it seems to provide good hydration~!!! 🌿Packaging The stick-type packaging is really convenient to carry around, and the distinctive red-capped packaging is so cute ㅎㅎㅎ And since it's part of the Atopam I Love Green campaign, the container can be separated for eco-friendly disposal, which is great☺️ For those raising children or experiencing dryness, it seems really convenient and easy to use~ It's hard to apply lotion on kids, but being able to just swipe it on was very convenient><
ConsThe product was out of stock, so the delivery was delayed ㅜㅜ It was too tight ㅜㅜ And the application feels a bit thick and sticky~ The stickiness gets better once it's absorbed>< Ah! The scent might be a hit or miss for some~
TipPopping it in your bag and swiping it on as you go is a great daily tip~ㅎㅎㅎㅎ I also apply it to my lips><

ConsThe application could be better It applies a bit stiffly on bare skin But it applies smoothly when applied after a lotion

The moisturizing film lasts for quite a long time, faithfully protecting the skin. It uses beeswax instead of synthetic wax, making the skin feel comfortable and cleansing well. Since there is no irritating fragrance, I reach for it often. If natural fragrance is not used, unscented is the answer. It does not wear down or crumble easily and is sturdy.
ConsThe firm texture makes it not very smooth and sticky when applied.
TipIt seems it would apply more smoothly when the weather is warmer than winter.

As this was my first time experiencing atopic dermatitis, I was at a loss for how to handle it, but diligently moisturizing turned out to be the answer. The doctor told me to apply a lot of thick moisturizers, and while I was trying out different ones, the Atopalm Stick Balm arrived. * First of all, it's really good for applying to localized areas. I've been applying it to the area around my mouth, stretch marks, atopic dermatitis spots, and areas with severe scaling. Lately, I've been having a lot of breakouts on my chin, but this doesn't seem to irritate or cause any breakouts. * The application is average. It's a firm formula, so it doesn't melt easily. It also doesn't apply in an overly oily way. The finish isn't shiny or glossy (in comparison to a typical stick balm). * The size is not too small or too large, and it's similar to the Gahi. For those with dry skin, I think it would be good to swipe it on the area around the mouth after brushing your teeth. As for me, my face is a bit oily, so I find it burdensome to apply all over my face.
ConsIf applying to a baby, it would be better to lightly melt it with body heat before applying to reduce irritation. It may be a bit stiff for the eye area.
TipSwiping it on the area around the mouth after brushing your teeth is nice. I have unusually cracked hands, so I apply it to the nail area as well.

Cons🩵 I've been using Atopalm products for over 8 years with my older child, and have grown to really trust the brand, so I was excited to try the stick balm as well. However, the stick balm's characteristics made it not as easy to apply, as it was quite thick and firm, causing my children to feel uncomfortable and pained when I tried to apply it to their faces. It also left a slightly sticky finish. However, I'm not sure if it's just my perception or due to the change in season, but the current stick balm seems to have improved in terms of spreadability compared to the previous one. The updated design also makes it a bit easier to apply. The finish also feels a bit more powdery now. I definitely reach for it more often than before.
TipIf you apply the basic lotion first and then use the stick balm only on the dry or needed areas, it doesn't feel as heavy (compared to applying the balm directly on dry skin). Since it can be affected by the season and temperature, especially when applying it to your children's faces, I'd recommend warming up the balm a bit by rolling it on the back of your hand or gently melting the whole stick before applying. Rounding out the edges of the balm can also improve the spreadability. And for best results, applying the balm over your lotion or cream can make a noticeable difference - the neighborhood moms have even asked me what lotion I'm using on my kids!

I usually have issues with oily night creams or creams making my skin itchy, and I often get pimples. But with Atopalm, I didn't experience any of that. That's why I wanted to try the night cream and applied for the trial. My lip area and eyebrow area are always dry and wrinkly. But if I apply it lightly before using a cushion, it doesn't feel heavy or cause wrinkles, which is great. The size is small, so I can carry it around and apply it to the back of my hands or elbows, which is really nice. I was worried the scent might irritate my skin, but since it's fragrance-free, that's not an issue.
ConsThe application feels a bit thick and heavy, not a light, smooth glide (I guess that's because it's a balm-type). It might just be my perception though. But once it's applied, it doesn't feel sticky or heavy at all!
TipI like to apply Atopalm to my wrists like a balm, then spritz on some perfume. I also carry it around and apply it to my lip area and lips whenever I need it.

The small packaging makes it so convenient to carry around and reapply whenever needed, which was a hassle with regular creams. This Balm has the same moisturizing and nourishing properties as a cream, but the portability and long-lasting use make it a perfect fit in my bag. It's gentle enough for infants and pregnant women, and the fragrance is very mild, almost unscented. My child loves when I apply it, and it's an essential item for this dry, windy season. I plan to repurchase it and keep one in every bag I own. ㅎㅎ
ConsAt first, the balm texture feels a bit thick and powdery (crumbly?), but that goes away as you use it. It seems a bit dry on the surface, which might be the reason.
TipI keep this in my child's school bag (along with wet wipes, water bottle, Pororo vitamins, etc. ㅎㅎ) and it's so convenient to quickly apply on their cheeks whenever we're at the playground or park. My face hasn't broken out, and my child's skin is doing great so far. (I should steal some for myself too..ㅋㅋㅋ)

The patented MLE technology, which is similar to the actual skin structure, allows for fast absorption. Additionally, the patented ingredients omega ceramide 16 and Lipimoide are applied to strengthen the skin barrier, provide hydration, and protect dry and sensitive skin, resulting in healthier skin. The moisturizing effect lasts for 48 hours. As someone who frequently washes their hands, my skin tends to get dry, especially in the winter. The convenient stick format allows me to quickly apply it to the back of my hands while on the go. Although I thought the balm-like texture would be slow to absorb, it actually sinks in well without any sticky or residual feeling. I've applied it around my eyes, on laugh lines, and on my lips, and it provides a comfortable, non-irritating effect, just like a lip balm. There is no greasy or oily feeling when applied to the face. It can be used as needed on dry or itchy areas. It's suitable for sensitive skin and for the whole family, from infants to adults. It can be used on any dry, itchy areas to provide immediate skin hydration and relief from temporary dryness-related itchiness. Skin irritation testing has been completed, and it is free of 10 harmful ingredients.
ConsDue to stock depletion, the delivery was delayed, and I was able to receive it on 10/28. The application is not as smooth and soft as expected. It applies somewhat stiffly. The size is too large to apply evenly across the face. After applying, I had to gently pat it in with my fingers.
TipDespite the somewhat stiff application, the ability to reapply as needed is beneficial. As a soothing gel with reduced moisturizing power, it works well to apply over a lotion on dry areas that still feel dehydrated.
