Convenient Easy to carry and apply - just swipe it on without getting your hands messy. The thick stick makes it great for covering larger areas. 2. Ingredients A smart product with a formulation and ingredients that work well for moisturizing dry areas. Everyone knows Atopalm's ceramide ingredients are excellent. You can feel your skin improving in areas that were dry and itchy before. 3. Hydration I usually only wear mineral sunscreen without makeup. At first it was fine, but as time passed, my cheeks would get dry and itchy by afternoon. After adding the Atopalm stick to my morning and evening routines just on my cheeks, the dryness and itching disappeared. The flaky dead skin cells on my cheeks are gone too. 4. Babies find it fun My 16-month-old often runs away when I try to apply cream with my hands. But they find this stick fun - they seem to enjoy the rubbing motion. In conclusion, I found this to be a great stick moisturizer for winter use. It feels like a protective barrier, keeping your skin safe when applied before or after going out in the cold. In other seasons, it would be good for targeted use on particularly dry areas.
ConsAs I have combination dehydrated skin rather than dry skin, I found it sticky after application - my hair would stick to it. While it's portable, it's actually hard to apply in cold places. Like all stick formulas, the product hardens in low temperatures and doesn't transfer well to the skin. It needs higher skin temperature to melt and apply, but when your skin is cold from the chilly outdoor air, it's difficult. You have to warm it up with your breath to get it to apply!

I've used the entire Atopalm line, but a balm? This is a game-changer. I used to struggle with carrying around creams in small containers, but this balm solves all those problems. It has the same moisturizing power and hydration as a cream, but it's so easy to carry and lasts for ages. I've happily made room for it in my bag! It's gentle enough for infants, children, and pregnant women, with ingredients that won't irritate. The scent is so subtle it's practically fragrance-free. My child loves applying it too. It's a must-have item for this dry, windy season - I highly recommend it! I'll definitely repurchase and want to keep one in every bag I own!
ConsBeing a balm, it feels a bit stiff when you first apply it, and there's some powder-like residue (crumbs?) that comes off. This goes away as you use it more, though. I think it's because the top layer dries out slightly.
TipIt's great to keep in the kids' school bags (you know, along with wet wipes, water bottles, Pororo vitamins, and all that stuff we carry around!). It's so convenient to apply to their cheeks whenever we're at the playground or park. So far, while my face might get irritated, the kids' faces have been fine. (Maybe I should steal some for myself too!)
