  Pros

  After much deliberation over my flaky scalp concerns, I finally tried Grow Earth's scalp scaler product! You only need to use it twice a week instead of shampoo, and I was pleasantly surprised by the lack of oiliness I had worried about. Even after just a couple of uses, I noticed a significant reduction in dead skin cells. It's now become an indispensable part of my hair care routine that I can't live without!

  Cons

  There's nothing I disliked about it, but be aware that it definitely contains salt, so if it gets in your eyes while washing... it really, really stings! You need to be extra careful when using it!

  Tip

  For those with sensitive scalps, this product works hard to address flakiness without leaving any residue. It absorbs well and doesn't cause irritation, making it suitable for daily use if needed. Remember to layer it with a hydrating conditioner for best results. The Hwahae Testers have given it high marks for its cleansing effectiveness and ability to balance oil and moisture on the scalp.

  Pros

  It's definitely refreshing! I've tried Dr. Forhair too, but this one is overwhelmingly cooling and removes oil effectively.

  Cons

  I'm not sure if it's effective for preventing hair loss. It's also disappointing that the amount seems somewhat small.

  Tip

  It's great to use on important days when you don't want your hair to get greasy. Since the particles are large, it shouldn't be used too often. Once a week seems about right.

  This product definitely controls scalp oiliness. I buy it every summer. I'm very sensitive to heat and sweat a lot, so my scalp condition is a mess every summer. I use this product twice a week without additional shampoo. I just massage it directly onto my scalp, add water, and cleanse focusing on the scalp area like a shampoo. It doesn't create a rich lather, but the slightly rough particles make my scalp feel incredibly refreshed. After cleansing, I can feel how clean it is - my scalp feels squeaky clean. After using this product, I notice that even the fragrance of my regular shampoo the next day seems more noticeable. I think it's because my scalp is so clean.

  Cons

  I've been using a leave-in treatment spray before! It has an amazing fragrance. But when I got this as a free sample in a single-use pack from Olive Young, wow! Not only is the fragrance great, but right after using it, my hair went from feeling like a broom to silk! So I immediately searched for it and bought it! The only downside is that the quantity is a bit small.

  Tip

  After using this product, make sure to use a conditioner or hair mask. Since it removes oil, your hair might feel stiff. I have curly, damaged hair that tends to frizz, but I even enjoy this feeling because my hair feels incredibly light and refreshed without any oiliness.
