I've been using this true love item for nearly 10 years, from my student days until now! After applying this and letting it dry, followed by mascara, it doesn't smudge or droop. I've been using it consistently from when I had monolids to now with double eyelids. 

If you're dealing with mascara smudges or drooping lashes over time, try using an eyelash curler, then apply this product, and finish with mascara.
