As you can see in the photo, I applied a very small amount of foundation on top, and below, I applied twice that amount on my hand. When using the cleansing balm, the foundation on top disappeared completely, but you can see that some remained in spots on the hand below. So I applied the cleansing balm a second time and washed, but it still didn't completely disappear. I felt disappointed with the cleansing effectiveness. •Packaging design As you can see in the photo, you open the lid and use the tool inside to scoop out the cleansing balm. After use, you can just wash the tool and put it back, so it's good that there's no need to worry about hygiene. •Feeling on the skin It has a thick consistency. If you're expecting a smooth rolling sensation, you might find this product a bit disappointing.
Cons•Blemishes After using it for about a week, I noticed blemishes popping up noticeably. I guess it doesn't suit my skin :( •Skin feels I generally prefer the finish of cleansing foams. Maybe that's why I felt this product didn't suit me - it left an oily residue. So I had to use a cleansing foam again to rinse it off.

It's like a sweet and tangy mango candy. It reminds me of the mango jelly sold at Trader Joe's in the US. The vibrant color makes it easy to see where you've cleansed thoroughly and where you might have missed a spot. The finish is pleasantly rich, so I didn't feel any deep dryness when double cleansing or doing other skincare steps. However, I still prefer to follow up with a foam cleanser for peace of mind. While the fragrance is noticeable, it's not overpowering and didn't irritate my eyes. For reference, I had LASEK surgery just over a year ago. The double cap design is great, with ample space for the spatula in the inner cap. The spatula itself is the perfect size for easy product control. The texture is just right - not too runny, yet not too thick and hard to spread. It's the ideal consistency!
ConsThose with super sensitive skin might experience some tingling... I don't usually wear makeup, but I do apply two types of sunscreen daily, one being a purely mineral sunscreen, so I need to double cleanse every night. Around day 3 of using this product, I started feeling a stinging sensation. By days 4-5, the areas around my nose (where you'd put a nose strip) and the sides of my nostrils felt like they were burning, as if I had a sunburn. It wasn't my entire face, just those specific areas. As I write this review, it feels like there's a thin layer of skin healing, similar to when a shallow wound is recovering. It's not a dark scab, but more like the skin has temporarily thickened due to exfoliation. I've stopped using it for now. I think I might have made things worse by massaging too long on already dry, slightly damaged skin in this harsh weather. It's been 3 days since I stopped using it, and I plan to try again once my skin heals. Just be cautious - while it's not completely irritation-free, it's not inherently harsh either. Initially, it didn't cause any irritation, and I believe my skin was just in poor condition when the issues arose. It's like how even your favorite food might upset your stomach if you're not feeling well. I really did like the product itself... However, I need to update this: I'm not sure which ingredient is responsible, but I've developed hives and small whitehead-like blemishes on my face. It's itchy, and even the slightest touch makes it sting... My skin has completely flared up. Please be careful! I'm currently in the US and can't get immediate treatment.
TipI usually like to put on YouTube or Netflix while doing my oil cleansing routine - it's my way of combining skincare with some relaxation. This cleanser's lovely scent really enhances that self-care experience! I also appreciated how easy it was to see any areas I might have missed while rinsing. Important warning: If you notice your skin reacting badly, stop using it immediately. The burning, stinging, and itching are not worth it. While it worked well for me initially, I should have stopped as soon as I noticed signs of an allergic reaction.
