  The high vitamin content really shows - after just one day of use, my complexion was noticeably brighter the next morning. I used it every other day to avoid irritation, but even with that sparse use, I could see results. I can only imagine how much it could improve dark spots with consistent, long-term use. The texture is interesting - not sticky, but not watery either. It's like a very light oil, though it's oil-free, so that might just be my perception.

  Due to the high concentration, it stung a bit around my eyes on my sensitive skin. While I appreciate the eco-friendly packaging, the instructions were quite faint and hard to read. It would be great if they could improve the legibility of that part.

  I won this product while contemplating whether to buy a vitamin-related product for my blemishes. To be honest, I found more drawbacks than benefits. Before applying it to my face, I tested it on the back of my hand. I noticed a warming sensation when spreading it, which was disappointing for someone like me who's been focusing on products with a cooling effect lately. I was also quite let down by the texture. After applying the product, there was a slight oily feeling that lingered on the skin's surface before slowly absorbing. I prefer formulas with less oil that absorb quickly into the skin, so this was a letdown during use. Also, when I applied it to areas with acne scars, there was a mild tingling sensation. Avoid applying it to wounded areas!

  I couldn't clearly confirm the product's effectiveness during the Hwahae Testers period. However, I plan to continue using it to improve my blemishes! P.S. Avoid applying it around the eye area... I mistakenly applied it there and it stung quite a bit.

  I have dry, blemish-prone skin. The unique oil-based formula surprisingly absorbs like a toner, which I found fascinating. There's a subtle, fresh scent that's barely noticeable - my husband even said he couldn't smell anything at all. Being an oil, it keeps my skin hydrated without any deep dryness, which is especially great for those of us with dry skin. I really loved how it has good ingredients, moisturizes well, yet absorbs lightly. My husband, who has combination dehydrated skin, also found it absorbed well without feeling heavy or rich despite being an oil. The most interesting part? It's used before the toner step, not as an essence! I was surprised that it's the first product you apply right after cleansing.

  The downside is that, being a Vitamin C product, it stung my eyes slightly. Rather than the product itself, I found the outer packaging disappointing - the text was hard to read due to poor color choices for both the text and the box. It was difficult to read the usage instructions and storage information.

  Tip

  To avoid eye irritation, it's best not to apply this near the eyes, which will also be helpful when applying subsequent products. Remember, this product goes on before your toner step! It's the first thing you put on right after washing your face.
