I bought and used it almost immediately after its release and am very satisfied. I don't really do makeup, so I'm still using it. The Blackhead: After a 15-minute concentrated massage, everything that needs to come out will come out and it will become smooth. I'm not sure if it's working now, but when used with a pore brush, the synergy is amazing. Cleansing/Emulsification: The cleansing works well, and the emulsification is really good, with little oil residue left behind. Lately, I've felt that the cleansing balm is amazing.
Cons
To be honest, I'm not sure if exfoliation really works well! ㅠㅠ The skin still feels the same..

The cleansing power was good, it was moisturizing, and there was little irritation!! The makeup also removed well.

The Hwahae cleansing balm had a light, sorbet-like feel that I enjoyed. It emulsified well, providing good cleansing power without any residue. The light mint fragrance was refreshing and pleasant. Excluding heavily pigmented tints, the waterproof mascara and eyeliner also removed easily. Compared to the renowned Hwahae cleansing balm from another brand, this product was just as effective and had an even lighter feel.

Pros
Black heads are well removed, with decent cleansing power. Most importantly, it does not have an oily smell, and the refreshing scent left behind is not tea tree or peppermint. It does not cause any irritation even when applied near the eyes. And it is possible to place a spatula in the middle cap.
Cons
The cleansing balm is not very oily, so I feel like I need to use more than expected. However, I have a very strong intention to repurchase it.

- The formulation was convenient to use as it melted when rubbed onto the hands! - Even though my skin type is combination and sensitive, the ingredients are gentle and less irritating, so it's a product I use frequently! - The cleansing power was great when I used it!
