Pros
The formula is better than other cleansing balms. When massaging, it melts like oil right away, without any irritation, and the makeup starts dissolving even before adding water. After washing, the skin feels incredibly soft. Zero residue. Among the cleansing balms I've tried, this is the best one.
Cons
It would be great if there was a way to securely attach the spatula. The current method of just inserting it into the lid's interior doesn't fit snugly, so it sometimes falls out.

Pros
The Hwahae cleansing balm had a light, sorbet-like feel that I enjoyed. It emulsified well, providing good cleansing power without any residue. The light mint fragrance was refreshing and pleasant. Excluding heavily pigmented tints, the waterproof mascara and eyeliner also removed easily. Compared to the renowned Hwahae cleansing balm from another brand, this product was just as effective and had an even lighter feel.
Cons
Personally, I like the mint scent, but I think it's a polarizing preference.

Pros
The fragrance is lovely! It's closer to an apple or lime scent rather than mint. The packaging is clean and pretty. It removes makeup well - just roll it on and add water, and the makeup comes off cleanly. It leaves a refreshing feeling and removes every last bit, so it's great for carefully removing makeup around the nose, under the lips, and on the chin. It also works well for removing stubborn makeup like mascara and eyeliner after cleansing. After use, the skin doesn't feel too tight or dry, so it's easy to use.
Cons
At first, I was flustered because I didn't know how to deal with the lid and the spoon... Removing the white film was quite tricky! And since I had to scoop it out with the spoon, I was a bit concerned about hygiene! Rubbing it too much can cause a bit of irritation.

The cleansing balm I tried was the best among those I've used. It emulsifies well, and the pore management is particularly effective when applying and rolling it on!
Cons
The price? It's a bit expensive, and the discount range isn't that big. The spatula storage is inconvenient. I do store it with the lid attached, but when I first used it, the middle product protection lid was attached at the bottom, so I couldn't take it out (it's hard to explain, but those who have tried it will know...). I couldn't put the spatula inside, so I was flustered.
Tip
If you roll it for 5 minutes on oily areas, it will leave you with a clean complexion.

I haven't been able to find a facial cleanser that I really like lately, but this one is really good! 1. It spreads smoothly without clumping or stickiness (can be massaged in like a creamy spread) 2. Effective cleansing without the need for an eye makeup remover! 3. After cleansing, there's a nice, lightly moisturized feeling, not sticky at all I always felt unsatisfied after the first cleanse and had to do a second mild acid cleanse, but with this product I can just stop after the first cleanse. At first I thought it was just okay, but after using up a whole jar, I've grown to really love this cleansing balm ❤️
Cons

The makeup removes very well and the emulsion works great, leaving no residue on the skin. I also didn't experience any breakouts!! Most importantly, I could visibly see the blackheads fading, and after using up the entire bottle, my nose which was previously dotted with sebum filaments and blackheads now has significantly lighter and less noticeable blackheads and sebum filaments.
Cons
I had heard that this product has a cooling effect, but I didn't feel it.
Tip
If you use a pore brush, you can experience the disappearance of blackheads even faster!!

It deeply cleanses in a very refreshing way. When rolling it, the sebum is really well extracted. There is no lingering residue with the characteristic slippery feel of cleansing balms. I'm using it about twice a week to remove sebum and manage pores, and I'm very satisfied with it.
Cons
Nothing in particular... After completely removing the sebum, it can feel dry, so you need to apply good moisturizing.
