I received 5 samples from a friend and tried them out. To my surprise, it's really, really good! 
The texture is non-sticky with a flowing consistency that transforms into a water-like substance when applied.

After cleansing, I don't dry my face. Instead, I gently pat to absorb:
First, about a coin-sized amount of essence
Then another coin-sized amount
Finally, I apply a toner + emulsion-type essence, finishing with a small amount of cream

This routine quickly improves my troubled skin. Even with my 'blobfish' complexion, I've seen significant recovery.
