The texture is just right - not too watery or sticky, and there's barely any scent! This makes it a great daily-use product. (Please refer to the photo for texture!) True to its name as a hydrating ampoule, it works well sandwiched between heavier skincare products. It's lightweight and refreshing, while still providing a decent level of hydration. For those with combination or dehydrated skin like mine, who find using just toner and cream too drying, but don't want to use too many steps, this is perfect - especially for morning routines.
ConsThere's nothing particularly disappointing about this product. However, as mentioned earlier, being a hydrating ampoule with a lightweight formula, those with extremely dry skin might find it lacking in terms of moisture. Also, it's not a high-functionality product, so it may not be suitable for those expecting dramatic effects on wrinkles, firmness, or pores.
TipThis might be common knowledge, but as I mentioned before, it works great layered between heavier, high-functionality products. For example, after using retinol, you could apply this product for an extra layer of hydration before your moisturizer. This kind of routine should work well for most people.

It's somewhat different from other products - it's almost like spreading jelly when you apply it. I was worried it might be sticky, but even after layering it up to 5 times, it wasn't sticky at all. Instead, it felt firm and elastic. It's thick yet absorbs well into the skin, leaving a firm, taut feeling :) I'm very sensitive to cold and always have the heater on. Due to my job, I wear heavy makeup regularly. While it wasn't perfect, it wasn't bad either. Since it doesn't feel oily at all, it should be fine for those with oily skin, combination oily skin, or those who use mineral sunscreens. However, for dry skin, combination dehydrated skin, or those using chemical sunscreens, it might be a bit drying. You might need to use it with a face oil or a more emollient product. Clients have been saying their skin feels incredibly firm after using it! My skin is super sensitive and reacts badly to products that don't suit it, but throughout the application, I felt this was really gentle :) I layered it up to 5 times to test for blemishes, and not even a single small bump appeared. I think I'm going to love this product! I usually enjoy steam rooms, and when I applied this before and after sweating, and in between cooling off, it charged my skin with hydration even better than aloe gel. Even after sweating 6-7 times, my skin didn't feel dry at all! Rather than feeling soft and moist, it makes your skin feel firm and elastic, like mochi :) I think it's perfect for light layering in summer rather than during the dry season now :)
ConsWhile the firmness and elasticity are good, it doesn't feel as moisturizing as I'd like. I would definitely consider repurchasing this product, but it would be even better if it provided a bit more hydration :)
TipVarious pro tips! 1. For those with oily skin, try layering 2-3 times and finish with a low-oil emulsion for a non-heavy, non-stuffy finish :) 2. Ladies who frequent steam rooms and saunas!! Make sure to buy one and apply it generously! You can also alternate it with aloe gel :) Since it's best to use cosmetics within 3 months of opening anyway, it's worth investing in good home care. It enhances the effects of dermatology treatments and esthetic services :) 3. When using foundation, mix in an appropriate amount to increase adhesion. It adheres very thinly with high adherence!! Highly recommended for those interested in makeup or concerned about their base makeup!!!! 4. For those with dry skin (or those using chemical sunscreens) in winter, you might find it slightly lacking after 2-3 hours if used alone :) After layering 2-3 times, instead of using a thick, rich cream, mix with a face oil (I recommend jojoba oil) and apply, then finish with a cream or emulsion of appropriate consistency :) If you only use heavy, rich creams for dry skin, it can actually worsen skin aging and dryness... Always remember to use good products in small amounts multiple times to let our skin breathe :) Don't forget!
