This helps makeup adhere well and enhances skin appearance • Perfect for combination dehydrated skin in winter, providing satisfying hydration. However, in summer, it can feel a bit heavy under makeup due to its rich moisture
Cons• Slight eye irritation when applying, though it doesn't persist beyond application • The pump dispenser can be inconvenient if you accidentally pump too much, as it leaves residue on the bottle
TipApplying a primer over this sun serum allows for a hydrated makeup application and improves overall complexion

I thought it might be greasy since it's a mineral sunscreen, but it's bursting with hydration. It absorbs instantly upon application. There's absolutely no stickiness. Scent: It has that typical mineral sunscreen scent we're all familiar with. If you're sensitive to smells, I recommend testing it before purchasing. Packaging: I love that it comes in a pump bottle, which keeps it clean and hygienic. Eye Sensitivity: Usually, mineral sunscreens sting my eyes, but this one doesn't irritate at all, so I'm using it comfortably.
ConsMoisturization: In winter, my cheeks tend to get very dry. When I apply this alone followed by foundation, it feels a bit drying. If you have dry skin, you might need to layer more skincare products underneath.
TipRecommended for those with oily or combination skin looking for a non-sticky sunscreen. Also great for those who want a mineral sunscreen that doesn't sting the eyes.

Scent: There's a strong alcohol smell immediately after pumping, followed by the typical sunscreen fragrance. Volume: It's 50ml, but this is only written on the packaging, not on the bottle itself (unless I missed it). The texture isn't too thick, so it should last a while. Texture: True to its 'sun serum' name, it's a clear gel that doesn't run. Application: This is my first time using a sun serum, and it's definitely lighter and absorbs faster than traditional sunscreens. I usually just apply sunscreen without foundation, but for those who use both, this product seems like a good option. Blemishes: I didn't experience any breakouts after use. I typically get acne when I don't properly remove mineral sunscreens, but this chemical sunscreen was fine for me.
ConsIngredients: I didn't check the ingredients carefully before requesting this product, and I later found out it contains one of the 20 cautionary ingredients. Out of curiosity, I researched avobenzone and discovered that the avobenzone used in studies suggesting cancer risks is different from the one used in cosmetics. Apparently, 'For those who might be concerned, products manufactured in Korea contain less than 5% avobenzone, which is not enough to be associated with cancer risks.' If you're uneasy about it, that's understandable, but it doesn't seem to be a major cause for concern.

The formula has a transparent serum texture with tiny, delicate capsules. It's not watery, but has a perfect consistency, and I even felt a slight cooling effect. It spreads easily on the skin, with the capsules quickly dissolving and absorbing. Once absorbed, it feels incredibly hydrating~ It's not heavy or oily, but gives a sensation of being enveloped in moisture. What I particularly liked is that it's lighter than the 'Espoir Water Splash Ceramide Sunscreen', yet more hydrating than typical organic sunscreens - a perfect middle ground! For those who found the original Espoir Ceramide product too sticky and heavy, this sun serum is just right - moisturizing, light, and not overly tacky. As someone with dry skin, I used to rely on ultra-rich sunscreens in winter, but for other seasons and outdoor activities, I've been searching for a lightweight yet hydrating sunblock... and this sun serum fits the bill perfectly! As a fitness enthusiast, I'm thrilled to find a hydrating sun serum that can withstand sweat - it's definitely my new daily pick! Being colorless and transparent, you can apply it without a mirror with no risk of patchiness. Its inherent moisturizing quality makes reapplication effortless, and it even works well on rough hands. As described, it creates a hydrated base, making it great under makeup or for a quick application before heading out. I'm really impressed with its versatility!
ConsThe scent is a bit off-putting. While not overpowering, it has a slight masculine skincare fragrance... It's not a smell I particularly want to inhale when applying. While it's not drying, as a lightweight and fresh sun product with reduced oil content, you can't expect it to be as moisturizing as regular skincare products. The sun serum alone won't keep you hydrated all day, so it's best to apply it over a well-prepped base for longer-lasting moisture.
TipWhen applied before makeup, it allows for a hydrated makeup application without dryness or patchiness. Spread it thinly and widely, gently rolling to dissolve the capsules. For an extra boost of hydration, apply the sun serum over a thorough skincare routine for a double dose of moisture.

Unlike the low-viscosity organic sunscreens I've used before that felt like serums, this one has a higher viscosity and doesn't drip when I tilt my hand. It feels more like a soothing gel. •I experienced no eye irritation or adverse skin reactions. It felt pleasantly hydrating upon application. My skin is extremely sensitive, and some products cause an immediate burning or tingling sensation, but this one felt completely comfortable. •There's no white cast at all, and it pairs well with dewy cushion foundations, making it great to apply before makeup. It would be perfect for dry skin types or during dry seasons. With its good ingredients and gentle application that doesn't irritate sensitive skin, I highly recommend it for those with super sensitive skin like mine. •It has a subtle fragrance, and the packaging is absolutely beautiful. I've never paid much attention to packaging or containers when buying cosmetics, but this one is so lovely it seems to brighten up my entire vanity!
Cons•I was satisfied with this product throughout its use. There wasn't really anything to complain about. It contains some small particles, but they spread smoothly without any irritation.

It has a gel-serum-like consistency with a slightly transparent appearance! While it does have some viscosity, it's not runny at all. I could squeeze it onto the back of my hand and tilt it without any messy dripping. It was so easy to apply and spread on my face! Applying it felt like smoothing on a gel cream or a viscous serum - it glided on effortlessly and absorbed quickly! It spreads thinly and absorbs well, making it perfect for layering without feeling heavy or uncomfortable. In terms of application, this is hands down the best sun protection product I've ever used! Not only is it convenient to use, but it also offers high UV protection, which I'm really happy about! I'm not a fan of the typical sunscreen scent, but this one isn't overpowering at all. There's no eye irritation after application, so I think it'll be really comfortable to use regularly.
ConsAfter absorption, there's a slight rich feeling left on the skin. It's not excessive, but I did notice a bit of oiliness, so I gently patted it with a puff!
TipUsing a sponge puff to apply helps absorb any excess oil, which is great!
