  Pros

  I've tried several famous pads, but this one seems pretty good. First off, after using this, my makeup applies so well - I think that's its biggest advantage. Recently, my skin has been super dry with a lot of dead skin cells, so I couldn't use my usual compact and bought a new moisturizing cushion. But after using this product, I tried my old cushion again and it went on beautifully. The pad comes with tweezers, which is hygienic, and you can attach them to the lid so you won't lose them. Unlike other pads, these are large and can even be split in half. They're double-sided with one side for tapping and the other for masking, which is really convenient. I'm not extremely sensitive, but I do have acne-prone skin, so I try to use gentle products. This one is not only gentle, but when I leave it on my skin, it calms down any redness.

  Cons

  While the pads are thick rather than thin, which is good for soaking up essence, the adhesion is a bit disappointing. They don't stick well to the skin. When I first opened it, the pads weren't neatly arranged one by one, but were a mess inside (see photo 3). So it's inconvenient to take out the pads.

  Tip

  If you wipe with the gauze side first, then place the other side on areas with redness and heat before applying makeup, you'll be the skin beauty of the day. It's also useful for touch-ups - just wipe once and pat on some cushion, and you'll look like you've just done a fresh face of makeup.

  There's not much to complain about. If I had to nitpick, the pads are a bit thick and heavy, so they tend to fall off easily. While the pads seem to be made of good ingredients, the weight is slightly disappointing

  The oval shape is great for covering the entire cheek area when used vertically as a mask. It's also economical as you can cut it in half for exfoliating toner use, making it easy to handle. The cooling effect after use is noticeable. I love that it comes with tweezers that can be stored in the lid without falling into the pads. As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I appreciate that it doesn't feel sticky or leave an oily residue after use.

  Splitting the pad in half isn't as easy as I thought. It doesn't divide cleanly and tends to stretch and tear due to its toughness. The difference between the front and back sides isn't very obvious - you need to look closely to tell them apart. While it seems more suited for masking than as an exfoliating toner, the thickness affects its adherence. When using half a pad, the edges tend to lift, which is a bit disappointing.

  As someone with skin prone to dead skin cells and blemishes, I usually use an exfoliating toner (like Dr. G). What's great about this product is that you don't need to soak a cotton pad with toner - you can just use the pre-soaked pads directly. It's so convenient! Usage experience: The pads themselves are moist, but after wiping your skin, it leaves just the right amount of hydration that absorbs quickly. Scent: It's practically fragrance-free, which is perfect for me since I don't like products with strong scents. I had no discomfort using it at all. It comes with tweezers, allowing for hygienic use.

  I have acne-prone skin with a lot of redness. I always had to use sheet masks to calm my skin before applying makeup. Then I discovered the Dr. New El Half Moon Soothing Toner Pads! With 85% Houttuynia Cordata extract, they calm my skin and exfoliate dead skin cells in one go. I'm truly satisfied! The lid has a built-in clip, making it hygienic to use - another great feature! The pads are quite large and true to their 'half moon' name, they can be split in two. I always use half a pad as a quick mask before applying makeup. These seem perfect for sensitive, acne-prone skin like mine! With consistent use, my skin has become much calmer and my blemishes have significantly reduced. Plus, the price is so reasonable, and the pads are soaked in essence, providing perfect hydration! I highly recommend these!

  First off, I was surprised by how large the container was when I received it. The pads were equally big, which made them perfect for covering the entire cheek area! I appreciated that you could cut them in half for use. There was a nice cooling effect too! But I think the biggest advantage might be the built-in tweezers! Having tweezers made it possible to use the product more hygienically, which I really liked.

  It was a struggle to open the initial seal... It didn't tear cleanly either. Those sensitive to fragrances might not like this. While it didn't bother me much, if you really stick your nose in it, the scent is quite strong. I was disappointed that the thick pads didn't adhere well to the skin. When trying to separate the pads in half, it required too much force to tear... It made me wonder why they designed it this way. Also, the amount of essence was less than I expected, which was a bit disappointing.

  It seems great for soothing purposes when you're dealing with redness or skin that feels hot!

  The built-in tweezers make it hygienic to use. The pads are easily divisible, making them convenient for applying to the nose and narrow areas. When I applied this to an inflamed blemish and removed it after five minutes, it seemed to calm down. The centella asiatica extract is excellent for soothing. One side is gauze while the opposite is plain, so you can use the gauze side for exfoliating dead skin cells and the plain side as a mask - no need for a separate sheet mask! There are 70 pads in total, which can be divided into 140 pieces. The price is also reasonable. This would be great for skin that tends to feel hot. Perfect for use in spring and summer. Knowing it has completed 6 types of clinical tests makes it even more trustworthy. It also has a cooling effect on rough skin after going out!

  There are no downsides! Highly recommended. I plan to purchase this with my own money.
