It's wonderfully hydrating and perfect for use both morning and night. I feel like my skin's dryness has practically vanished! Those with super sensitive skin might experience a bit of tingling from the pad's surface. - ro********Combination SkinSensitive SkinInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedApr 22, 2025
You can tear it in half, allowing you to care for both sides of your desired area with just one sheet. The different textures on each side make it great for cleansing and absorption. It's generously soaked in ampoule, making it perfect for a quick mask-like treatment. The tweezers are securely attached to the lid. There's not really anything to complain about, though I rarely use the tweezers and just pick it up with my hands, haha! - cr********Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresNov 9, 2024
(Review after using more than half the product) Skin type: Very dry skin/enlarged pores/blemishes, etc. Review: • Fragrance-free • Application experience: The pads are quite large and can be cut in half, which is great for doing a thorough skin pack on areas like the nose and chin. However, the pads are a bit thick, so they don't adhere closely to the skin. I recommend using them mainly in the evening while relaxing rather than in the morning. I appreciated that when using it as an exfoliating toner, there were no issues with the gauze shifting or leaving residue. However, the pad material isn't particularly soft, so it could potentially cause irritation. That's why when using it as an exfoliating toner, I wipe very gently with minimal pressure. • Effects: It's more like an ampoule-toner hybrid, so it has a refreshing finish and absorbs well. However, it doesn't provide intense hydration, so I mainly used it as a soothing pack. • I didn't experience any blemishes or other issues while using it. The slightly rough pad texture might cause irritation when used as an exfoliating toner. The thickness of the pads prevents them from adhering closely to the skin. The hydrating power is somewhat lacking. - ji*******Combination SkinRecommendedAug 15, 2024
Great hydration and gentle on the skin. I love that you can divide and apply it like a mask! The gauze might feel a bit rough. The front and back are different, so those with super sensitive skin might want to avoid it. - eu*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedAug 12, 2024
The ability to tear it in half is both an advantage and a disadvantage. When torn in half, it's great for applying to tricky areas like under the eyes where a rounded shape is needed. It seems to come off a bit easily. Also, when torn, it becomes too small, so you end up using a whole patch anyway. The size feels a bit awkward. - im********Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedAug 11, 2024Reviewed by The Hwahae Testers

The versatility is really impressive. Being 100% double-layered cotton pads, they're safe for super sensitive skin, which I absolutely adore. They're multi-purpose - great for exfoliating dead skin cells, hydration, and soothing - and I could really feel the calming effect. It's summer, and my skin's been quite flushed and heated, but these pads helped cool it down. After use, my skin felt nicely moisturized and plumped up, which I really liked. The tweezers attached inside the lid are hygienic and so convenient. It's a small detail, but I found it really user-friendly. It shows they've really considered both convenience and hygiene from the user's perspective. The case seems a bit too large. I understand it's partly due to the size of the pads, but I think if they could reduce the height and width a bit to make it more compact, it would be easier to use, take up less space on the vanity, and be better overall. There's plenty of essence, so after using the pad, you can squeeze out the excess and apply it to your face. You can even stick the remaining pad on your neck for an extra boost. It's fantastic! - in******Combination SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedMay 19, 2024
The Bandaljeong Soothing Toner Pad's strength lies in its 85% houttuynia cordata extract content, excellent for skin soothing. When applied with the plain side on the skin, it effectively cools and calms. The pads can be torn in half, making them economical to use. Key features: • Uncut circular pads are ideal for larger areas like cheeks • 70 pads, up to 140 uses when torn in half • Large oval-shaped pads (85mm x 74mm) • Gauze side: Removes dead skin cells and refines skin texture • Plain side: Soothes skin and replenishes hydration The texture might feel slightly rough when rubbing the pad on the skin. It's beneficial to apply before blow-drying your hair. - sa********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedApr 8, 2024Reviewed by The Hwahae Testers

It's so plentiful that it stays moist and there's still plenty sloshing around. I think it'll remain hydrating even when I'm close to finishing the bottle! The gauze cotton was too rough for my skin. If you have sensitive skin, I'd recommend using regular cotton pads instead. I found the gauze works better on thicker skin areas like the neck rather than the face! These pads are excellent for wiping off modeling masks due to their super hydrating properties. - se*************Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedApr 8, 2024Reviewed by The Hwahae Testers

They're great for soothing small areas. The cooling effect makes them perfect for summer use. The large size of the pads is effective for calming redness on the cheeks. Fragrance: Unscented. Pad size: Larger than expected, two pads completely cover the cheeks. The pads are thicker than anticipated. As a result, they don't adhere completely and tend to dangle. - ha********Combination SkinSensitive SkinApr 8, 2024Reviewed by The Hwahae Testers

The pads feel stiff and seem to lack essence, so they don't adhere well to contours and lift a bit. While I didn't experience severe blemishes, my sensitive skin developed some small bumps, so I stopped using them. However, a friend who tried them with me didn't have any skin issues. For those with super sensitive skin, I recommend applying a thick layer of aloe or a gel that suits your skin, then using these as a toner pack on top!
