  Pros

  First off, I love how big these pads are and that they're pre-cut in half, allowing you to use them without missing any spots. The versatility is really impressive. Being 100% double-layered cotton pads, they're safe for super sensitive skin, which I absolutely adore. They're multi-purpose - great for exfoliating dead skin cells, hydration, and soothing - and I could really feel the calming effect. It's summer, and my skin's been quite flushed and heated, but these pads helped cool it down. After use, my skin felt nicely moisturized and plumped up, which I really liked. The tweezers attached inside the lid are hygienic and so convenient. It's a small detail, but I found it really user-friendly. It shows they've really considered both convenience and hygiene from the user's perspective.

  Cons

  The case seems a bit too large. I understand it's partly due to the size of the pads, but I think if they could reduce the height and width a bit to make it more compact, it would be easier to use, take up less space on the vanity, and be better overall.

  Tip

  There's plenty of essence, so after using the pad, you can squeeze out the excess and apply it to your face. You can even stick the remaining pad on your neck for an extra boost. It's fantastic!

  The pad size is the largest among all the ones I've used before, big enough to cover an entire cheek! Previously, I had to use multiple pads to cover my whole face, and for smaller areas like the chin, the pads would lift and feel wasteful. I love that these can be cut in half, allowing me to use them on my chin without any excess! The amount of toner is generous, making the pads nicely saturated. When I use them before applying makeup, I don't experience any dryness at all.

  Cons

  Unlike some other brands, these pads don't have a rough side, so they're not exceptional at removing dead skin cells. However, this could be a plus for those with super sensitive skin or those using an exfoliating toner!

  My skin type - super sensitive, extremely dry, prone to redness I previously used Dr.* toner pads. The ingredients suited my skin well, so I used them consistently. This time, I was lucky enough to be selected as a Hwahae Tester and tried the Dr.Neuel Bantal Toner Pads for the first time. First off, I was impressed by the quality ingredients before even using the product. I'm usually hesitant to use anything with harmful components. This product didn't have any concerning ingredients, so I felt at ease using it. When I first opened the product, I was really pleased. The lid is connected to the container, eliminating the hassle of twisting it open and closed, which I found extremely convenient. Additionally, the lid has an attached pad clip, which not only looked neat but also ensured hygienic use. I used it as an exfoliating toner to refine my skin after cleansing. After about a week of use, while I can't claim dramatic results, I noticed that I had almost no blemishes during my pre-menstrual period, which is usually when I break out. I'm not sure if it's due to these pads, but I'll definitely continue using them to see the long-term effects!

  Cons

  The pads are a bit too thick. This seems to make the product run out faster. I think it would have been better if they made more, thinner pads.

  Pros

  I've tried several famous pads, but this one seems pretty good. First off, after using this, my makeup applies so well - I think that's its biggest advantage. Recently, my skin has been super dry with a lot of dead skin cells, so I couldn't use my usual compact and bought a new moisturizing cushion. But after using this product, I tried my old cushion again and it went on beautifully. The pad comes with tweezers, which is hygienic, and you can attach them to the lid so you won't lose them. Unlike other pads, these are large and can even be split in half. They're double-sided with one side for tapping and the other for masking, which is really convenient. I'm not extremely sensitive, but I do have acne-prone skin, so I try to use gentle products. This one is not only gentle, but when I leave it on my skin, it calms down any redness.

  Cons

  While the pads are thick rather than thin, which is good for soaking up essence, the adhesion is a bit disappointing. They don't stick well to the skin. When I first opened it, the pads weren't neatly arranged one by one, but were a mess inside (see photo 3). So it's inconvenient to take out the pads.

  Tip

  If you wipe with the gauze side first, then place the other side on areas with redness and heat before applying makeup, you'll be the skin beauty of the day. It's also useful for touch-ups - just wipe once and pat on some cushion, and you'll look like you've just done a fresh face of makeup.

  • My skin feels incredibly soft and smooth!! • Love how large the pads are! • Great for calming the skin! • Helps with deep dryness!! I've tried many other pads, but I've never seen ones as big as these! It's almost like a sheet mask if you use three of them. One pad covers half your face when you put it on your cheek. I actually thought you were supposed to split them in half, so I double-checked. Turns out they're meant to be used whole, but can be divided for spot treatments. I really liked this feature! It's perfect for using on smaller areas like the nose when you tear it in half!!ㅎㅎ After using these, my skin became super soft! Also, I noticed they included a space on the lid to hold the tweezers, which made me think this brand really considers consumer convenience. That's some good thinking!

  1. The size is great! When I first received it, I was surprised by how big the container was. Opening it up, I found the pads were huge too! As you can see in the attached photo, the pad is as big as my palm. On days when I need my makeup to look flawless, I stick these pads on my cheeks and forehead while blow-drying my hair. It keeps my skin from drying out and helps my makeup apply smoothly. Plus, you can cut them in half to target specific areas more precisely, which I love. 2. There's a generous amount of toner. Given the size of the pads, there's plenty of toner to keep them saturated until you've used them all up. Even though the pads aren't particularly thin, they still soak up lots of toner, which is great. You can leave them on for 5-10 minutes without worrying about them drying out! 3. The tweezers can be stored in the lid. Some toner pads require you to store the tweezers separately, which can be inconvenient and often leads to not using them at all. I prefer using tweezers for hygiene reasons, so being able to easily clip them onto the lid is really convenient. 4. It's great for removing dead skin cells. Gently wiping with the gauze side of the pad helps remove loose dead skin cells, making makeup application even smoother. If you use a very light touch and gently roll the pad, it refines your skin texture and helps maintain hydration. On top of all this, it doesn't cause blemishes, and the scent is so mild it's barely noticeable. I'm really enjoying using this product! I highly recommend it, especially for those looking for large-sized pads.

  Cons

  Given their size and thickness, the pads don't adhere perfectly to the face when you stick them on. However, they don't fall off, so it's hardly noticeable. To be honest, I can't think of any significant downsides.

  Tip

  If you make a mistake while applying makeup or notice some areas where it's not sitting well, gently rubbing those spots with the pad to remove the makeup and then reapplying works wonders. Your makeup will look absolutely flawless!

  This is a review from The Hwahae Testers. I've tried four types of toner pads, and these half-moon shaped ones are the largest. They're perfect for placing on your face. Plus, you can easily cut them to fit narrower areas like around the nose or chin, which is a bonus. The gauze texture feels much softer and more pleasant on the skin compared to others. There was no irritation even when used around the eyes. I could really feel the hydration working. There's absolutely no scent! The gauze material seems suitable for sensitive or acne-prone skin.

  Cons

  It's hard to tell which side is the inner side and which is the outer side. I can't distinguish which side of the gauze is for exfoliating. While it's less irritating compared to other toner pads, I didn't feel like it was improving my dead skin cells or skin texture, which was disappointing. The half-moon shape made it a bit inconvenient when trying to exfoliate the entire face. I questioned whether the half-moon cut was really necessary!
