Overall: Recommended for oily and very oily skin types. Hydration: It's quite hydrating! The texture is more fluid than expected, almost water-like. It doesn't feel too rich. Irritation: I didn't experience much irritation. Application and absorption: It absorbs well, feeling as moisturizing as it is.
ConsOil content: With the colder weather coming, I was hoping for a slightly heavier feel, but it was less rich than I expected, which was a bit disappointing. Firming care: They seem to be promoting it for firming effects, but I'm not really sure about that aspect. Blemish soothing: I've used it for a long time, but I don't think I've seen much effect on soothing blemishes.

Personally, I've disliked the scent of other brands' carrot pads, so I was worried when I saw this ampoule also contains carrot collagen. But to my relief, it doesn't have that smell at all. Instead, it has a subtle, refreshing citrusy scent that even those sensitive to fragrances should be able to tolerate. You can see tiny particles in the ampoule, but you can't feel them on your skin, so it absorbs well. The texture is like clear, not-too-watery mucus (excuse the gross comparison!). It's packed with hydration, feeling cool and refreshing when applied, like it's bringing down the temperature of your face. It absorbs quickly without being sticky, leaving your skin feeling deeply moisturized without any greasiness.
ConsThis product is more hydrating than oil-rich, so it might be better suited for those with oily skin. While it feels fine initially, the lasting hydration could be improved. The effects on elasticity and wrinkle improvement aren't very noticeable. I might need to use it longer to see results.
TipAfter using a nose pack, I soaked a thin cotton pad with the ampoule and applied it to tighten my pores. It worked great for soothing the skin!

I still have some atopic dermatitis, and in winter, I'm inseparable from my humidifier and moisturizing products due to dryness... Please keep this in mind when reading my review! Skincare routine: Basic: Toner pads, hydrating cream + I usually layer serums, ampoules, or creams on top. Being dry-skinned, I prefer products that lock in moisture with some oiliness, but I've never felt a skincare product deeply penetrate my skin before. Pros: 1. Hydration This ampoule is incredibly hydrating. Usually, ampoules have a thick consistency, but this one flows like water and isn't very viscous. It feels purely hydrating, making it great for summer use or when you want something lightweight. 2. Non-sticky formula Many ampoules tend to be sticky, but this one isn't sticky or heavy at all! Yet it still provides hydration, making it suitable for both day and night use. 3. No skin irritation Sometimes ampoules can cause stinging or itching, but this one doesn't irritate my skin at all! That's why I find myself reaching for it more often. 4. Subtle fragrance I don't like strongly scented products, so I appreciated the subtle fragrance. It might not suit those who prefer completely unscented products, but the scent isn't polarizing and should be fine for most users. 5. Design The design is so cute and pretty! It looks great on my vanity, and its small size makes it convenient to carry around.
Cons1. Slow absorption While not completely watery, its fluid texture means it absorbs a bit slowly. This might be disappointing for those who dislike fuss or prefer quick-absorbing products. 2. Lacks deep moisturization As it's primarily a hydrating product, it might not be ideal for extremely dry skin types like mine during winter or seasonal changes. It doesn't provide the nourishment, intense moisturization, or oiliness that dry skin needs. It would be better suited for dry skin in summer or as a daily product for oily skin types.
