If you need to apply a larger amount, it's best to layer it thinly rather than applying too much at once, as it may not absorb completely. Rather than leaning heavily towards either brightening or anti-aging, it seems to provide a balanced improvement in skin tone, adds a nice glow, and gradually enhances skin elasticity. If the itchiness is indeed caused by this product, I suspect the grapefruit leaf oil it contains might not agree with my skin.
