  • This review is written as a winner of The Hwahae Testers program! I have combination dehydrated skin that's super sensitive, and this product completely upset my skin balance... I had high hopes because of the good ratings and ingredients, but it just didn't work for me, so it's hard to find positives to write about. If you have sensitive skin, I wouldn't recommend it. As soon as I applied it, my skin reacted badly. Even after putting on makeup, my face became so flushed that people commented on how red one side of my face was. It caused such a burning sensation that I had to stop using it immediately, but that area is still itchy and prone to redness. I'm really disappointed as my skin was in good condition before this.

  As a test, I deliberately applied it to only one cheek (once in the evening and once in the morning), and my skin reacted negatively right away. The burning sensation and redness that appeared only on the treated side showed that this product clearly doesn't suit me.

It's not overly sticky, but it's not completely non-sticky either. Those sensitive to any stickiness might not enjoy the texture. Personally, I prefer products with a bit of tackiness, and this one is less sticky than my usual go-to ampoule (Pyunkang Yul)! Formulation: As mentioned, it has a runny consistency. Interestingly, it resembles the appearance of oil and water when shaken - with little globules suspended in the liquid. It's truly fascinating! Scent: The fragrance isn't overpowering during use. If you really try to smell it, you'll detect notes of lemon and citrus.

  Blemishes: Strangely, I kept getting blemishes while using this. I wasn't sure if it was due to this product or perhaps my condition or PMS, so I stopped using it for a while to observe. But the Boneureugli Capsule Ampoule has a light, serum-like texture that absorbs beautifully. Usually, ampoules leave my skin feeling sticky rather than hydrated, but this one sinks in quickly and leaves a fresh finish. I can use it morning and night without any issues. Despite containing oil capsules, it doesn't feel greasy at all. Instead, it makes my skin feel plump and firm, eliminating the need for immediate moisturizer application. My skincare routine involves using toner pads to prep my skin, followed by essence or ampoule, and finishing with a moisturizer. I've been using essences during the hot weather, but as the seasons change and my skin gets drier, I've switched to this ampoule. It's so hydrating that even a light moisturizer on top is sufficient. I've definitely noticed an improvement in my skin texture. Since it's also supposed to help with wrinkles and sebum control, I think it'll be great to use consistently.

  When I first received this ampoule, I was a bit worried since it's a nourishing one. I have oily skin, so I automatically thought anything nourishing would be too rich for me. As soon as it arrived, I tore open the package and tried it that very day. A bit disappointing that there were no instructions included, though. - Hydration: ★★★★ Surprisingly good moisturization. It really helped with dryness during the changing seasons. - Firming effect: ★★★★ Didn't really notice much. - Irritation: ★★★★ Being a gentle, non-irritating vegan product, I applied it without worry.
