The ingredients are gentle enough for infants. It absorbs well into the skin. Even men can use it without excessive white cast. It doesn't cause pilling under makeup.
ConsThose with dry skin who prefer more hydrating formulas might find it a bit lacking.
TipWith its great ingredients and no pilling under makeup, this is an excellent sunscreen to use before applying cosmetics!

It spreads smoothly and isn't overly moisturizing, allowing it to adhere to the skin immediately, leaving a comfortably matte yet supple finish (not dry or powdery). While there is a slight white cast, carefully layering and blending the sunscreen creates a natural brightening effect. It's great for achieving a fresh-faced look in the morning without makeup! However, applying too much at once can lead to clumping and an unnatural appearance. It doesn't cause any stinging when applied around the eyes, including on eyelids and under-eye areas. It's gentle, non-irritating, and doesn't cause blemishes. For my combination dehydrated skin, it effectively controls oil, keeping shine at bay even into the afternoon. Those with dry skin might find it a bit too drying, though.
ConsThorough cleansing is essential, otherwise sunscreen residue can remain on the skin. At first, I didn't pay much attention and noticed that even after washing, sunscreen remained around my eyes. It's crucial to first dissolve it with an oil cleanser, followed by a second cleanse.
TipSince it has a matte finish, applying it over a well-hydrated base helps it blend more naturally and smoothly.

There's no stiffness at all, it just glides on effortlessly! ✓ Scent: Almost unscented. There's just a tiny hint of an artificial fragrance! ✓ Advantages: It's hydrating and evens skin tone! The fact that it's vegan is also a plus!
Cons1. When applying with your hands, it leaves streaks that you need to blend out until they disappear. This can be a bit challenging when you're in a hurry. 2. The brightening effect isn't completely even! There's a slight patchiness to it.
TipIt works great if you apply sunscreen first, then use a cushion foundation to even out darker areas and match your complexion!

Skin accepts it gently and it helps improve blemishes. Vegan: Not just cruelty-free, but actually certified vegan. Finish: Unlike typical sunscreens that apply thickly and dry out skin, this one glides on smoothly with a powdery finish. Skin feels moisturized but touch is velvety. White cast: Given the zinc oxide, a white cast is expected! As someone who likes a foundation-free white cast, it doesn't float on top but naturally brightens the complexion.
ConsCleansing: Like all sunscreens, thorough cleansing is crucial. Without using cleansing oil or milk, sunscreen residue remains visible to the naked eye.

As someone who usually avoids sunscreen due to sensitive eyes, I'm amazed that this one doesn't cause any discomfort whatsoever. The application is perfect - it spreads smoothly without that typical thick, pasty feel of mineral sunscreens. It absorbs quickly with a refreshing sensation. Zero white cast! Despite the initial white appearance, it becomes clear and transparent in seconds. It won't interfere with makeup or leave you looking pale. No oiliness! As someone with extremely oily, combination dehydrated skin, I'm as sensitive to greasiness as I am to eye irritation. This sunscreen doesn't feel greasy at all, yet it's not so matte that it leaves your skin feeling tight. It has a slightly powdery finish that keeps you comfortable until evening.
ConsThere's nothing to complain about. As someone who usually struggles with sunscreens due to eye irritation and oiliness, I don't find anything particularly amazing about this product. Instead, it's remarkable because there's absolutely nothing bothersome about it.

As a 40-year-old man dealing with blemishes, I've been using this product every morning for about a week. 2. First off, I was pleasantly surprised by how well it absorbs. I remember mineral sunscreens being a bit thick, but this one applies smoothly. 3. The product claims to even skin tone, which I found to be true. Usually, mineral sunscreens leave a white cast, but this one doesn't feel overwhelming. As a man, I didn't find it too noticeable or bothersome. 4. Right after application, my skin felt fresh and matte. There was no sticky feeling at all. The slight brightening effect made my skin look better. Thankfully, using this product didn't worsen my blemishes. 5. Overall, it's a gentle product that men can use without much concern. However, since I've only used it for a short time, I'll need to evaluate its sun protection effectiveness later.
Cons1. Due to the hot weather and my less-than-ideal skin condition, after applying this product, imperfections like dead skin cells and excess oil became noticeable up close. It seems I need to step up my skincare routine. 2. By late afternoon, my skin did start to look a bit shiny. Those with oily skin might want to keep this in mind.

(My T-zone has some oil, but it's not severe, and I have redness on my cheeks.) I tend to have redness and eye sensitivity, but since I don't know which ingredients cause this, I've stopped using chemical sunscreens altogether. I prefer mineral sunscreens. The texture of this sunscreen was incredibly smooth. It absorbs beautifully. (Not thick or sticky at all) It spread so smoothly that I could hardly believe it was a mineral sunscreen. After applying, I gently patted it in and it absorbed well, leaving my skin feeling soft and smooth. Even when I applied a generous amount, if I patted it in well, it gave a light brightening effect like a brightening moisturizer, which I really liked. What I particularly appreciated was that it's fragrance-free, allowing the natural scent of the ingredients to come through. (Many products add fragrances to mask the smell of ingredients or to create a pleasant scent. I loved that this one didn't do that.)
ConsDuring the 5 days I used this product, I had some outdoor activities and sweated a lot due to hot weather. When I sweated, I felt like the product was slightly clumping together on my skin. On another day, even though I didn't sweat, after a few hours, my face felt a bit gritty. This is something I occasionally experience with certain mineral sunscreens - it can feel like I've applied sand or cement to my face. I haven't identified which ingredient causes this, but this sunscreen did have that characteristic dryness and grittiness typical of some mineral sunscreens.
TipMy face tends to get dry easily, so it's hard to tell if dryness is caused by sunscreen or other factors when I wear makeup. Therefore, during the testing period (5 days), I didn't wear any makeup. On the first day, I applied toner, serum, a light moisturizer, and then the sunscreen. Initially, it felt more hydrating than expected, but after about 3 hours, I noticed some tightness around my eyes and U-zone. On the second day, I applied toner, serum, a light moisturizer, added an extra layer of moisturizer just on my U-zone and eye area, and then applied the sunscreen. This resulted in less dryness. From the third day onwards, I applied a moisturizer all over my face before the sunscreen. Overall, for those with dry skin, I recommend layering thin layers of hydration before using this sunscreen.

I only use physical sunscreens, and I prefer ones that are gentle and don't leave a heavy white cast. This product fits the bill perfectly! First off, despite being a physical sunscreen, it doesn't feel thick or heavy when applied. The white cast is subtle and natural, giving a nice brightening effect that evens skin tone by about half a shade. It's perfect for those no-makeup days when you just want to apply something quickly before heading out. The texture feels like it adheres well to the skin, so when I apply makeup over it, there's no pilling or separation. It creates a great base for foundation. I'm really satisfied with this sunscreen because it doesn't cause any burning sensation, eye irritation, or blemishes. I'll definitely repurchase when I run out!
ConsHowever, if you absolutely can't stand any white cast at all, this might not be for you.

Initially, I expected it to be a bit thick and heavy since it's a mineral sunscreen. However, despite being mineral-based, it applies smoothly without any white cast or clogging pores. I was pleased that it layered well under makeup without pilling. Although it's labeled as a brightening moisturizer, it doesn't noticeably brighten your skin but rather gives a subtle, natural luminosity. I usually avoid brightening products because they can look unnatural on my skin, but this sunscreen provides a natural glow that I've been wearing consistently on my no-makeup days. The scent doesn't seem artificially added; it has that typical sunscreen smell. I've tried many sunscreens, but I'm so satisfied with this one that I'll likely repurchase when I run out.
ConsThere are no downsides. Despite being a mineral sunscreen, it's vegan-friendly, reasonably priced, and absorbs well - I'm completely satisfied.

It's said to block blue light too, so it's been really useful on rainy days when I'm heading to work. I feel confident using it during my computer-based office work as well.
ConsThis sunscreen is truly excellent, so there's honestly nothing to complain about! It doesn't cause any blemishes, and I'm completely satisfied with how it feels on my skin.
TipSince it's a mineral sunscreen, a simple water cleanse is usually enough, but I prefer using cleansing tissues or micellar water to remove it. It's great that I don't need to use cleansing oil, which makes me really happy with this product. The formula is quite smooth for a mineral sunscreen, so I mix it 1:1 with my makeup base. This gives me a beautiful complexion without needing to use foundation separately!
