It feels like the brightening effect lasts for quite a while.
Cons- It absorbs well, but I wish it would apply more like an emulsion. Instead, it feels a bit stiff and dry. - When I apply it to my neck, I get some small bumps, like tiny blemishes appearing. - It's on the pricier side. - As a replacement for a whitening cream, the brightening effect leaves something to be desired.

But this sunscreen? It's a game-changer! It feels so light and absorbs well, making it my holy grail sunscreen. However...
ConsMy face completely broke out! I developed blemishes on my forehead and cheeks. Before this, I had porcelain skin thanks to my dermatologist's treatments. Despite being on vacation, getting good sleep, drinking plenty of water, watching my diet, and not being near my period, I can only conclude it's this sunscreen. Even though the ingredients seemed good and I didn't see any reviews mentioning breakouts, there must be something in it that doesn't agree with my super sensitive skin.

No eye irritation and gentle on the skin. The scent is barely noticeable, almost fragrance-free. (I'm quite sensitive to smells, so this is a big plus.)
ConsThe product is excessively oily, far from leaving a matte finish. As someone with super sensitive skin, I usually stick to mineral sunscreens, and I understand zinc oxide tends to be on the oilier side, but this is too much. On the first day, I noticed tiny white bumps forming in areas where my skin folds, like around my nose and smile lines (I've attached a photo... it's quite revealing, but necessary). To combat this, I tried using oil blotting sheets on the second day, oil-control powder on the third, and even skipped my day cream on the fourth. Despite its gentle ingredients, it seems the excess oil is causing blemishes. For reference, I double cleanse with an oil or balm cleanser followed by an enzyme cleanser.
TipHighly recommended for those with dry skin. Not advisable for oily or combination skin types.

It's gentle without any eye irritation, making it very pleasant to use. While some matte mineral sunscreens can leave the skin feeling a bit dry even with good absorption, this product isn't fully matte. Instead, it leaves a delightfully soft and moisturized finish. It provides a natural brightening effect along with improved skin texture, though the brightening doesn't last too long. I also appreciate the high SPF of this mineral sunscreen.
ConsI'm not sure if mineral sunscreens in general don't suit me, but when I use this on my face, I get blemishes. I tried using it on and off, thinking it might be due to other products, but it seems this one is the culprit. Those who don't tolerate mineral sunscreens well should be cautious.
TipIt's great for applying to the neck, shoulders, collarbone, and arms in summer. The combination of brightening effects and high SPF makes your skin look good while preventing tanning.

Often with brightening moisturizers, they can make your skin look too pale if you apply too much. But with this product, even after applying a full layer and gently patting it in, it maintains a natural complexion, which I love! As someone with oily skin, I prefer mineral over chemical sunscreens. Usually, traditional sunscreens really sting my eyes when applied nearby (I also have severe dry eye syndrome), so I'd only use a tiny bit around that area. But this one was totally fine! As for cleansing... I still feel most comfortable doing a double cleanse with cleansing water followed by a foam cleanser.
ConsFor the first couple of days after I started using it, my skin completely freaked out. I do have super sensitive skin that sometimes reacts to new products, and this one definitely triggered that response! However, once my skin calmed down, it was fine from then on.

The product claims to provide a natural brightening effect, but when I applied it on the back of my hand, I wondered if there was any brightening at all. After fully applying, it's barely noticeable. I felt it wasn't enough on its own, so I applied a separate brightening moisturizer before heading to work. The absorption is quite good - not as smooth as an emulsion, but it spreads easily! However, it seems a bit rich, which might be why I experienced some blemishes while using it. When applied with fingers, it feels oily, so I tried using a small sponge which reduced the richness. For those with dry skin doing makeup, it feels fine initially, but over time I noticed some deep dryness. For summer, applying with a cushion before makeup might work well for those with dry skin.
ConsAs mentioned above, after using it for about 3 days, I noticed blemishes appearing on my cheeks, which made me hesitant to continue using it.
