It cleanses well without leaving my skin feeling tight after washing. It removes most makeup effectively, unless it's extremely heavy. The amount seems a bit small... But considering the price, I'd say it's not a bad deal. Apply it, add water, and massage in circular motions! - kg********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 1, 2025
You can use this cleansing balm for your first cleanse without any irritation! It removes makeup surprisingly well, even eye makeup. I love that it's so gentle on the skin! There's honestly nothing to complain about. I can't think of a single downside! Pro tip: Apply it with slightly damp hands for an extra boost of hydration! - sm********Dehydrated SkinSebum/BlackheadsRecommendedJun 29, 2025
I picked this up during an Olive Young sale, and wow, its cleansing power is top-notch! It's gentle, doesn't cause any blemishes, and removes makeup like a dream! I bought this hoping it would help with my blackhead concerns, but unfortunately, it didn't seem to have much effect on them. - yh*******Oily SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedJun 29, 2025
I'm on my third tub of this Zero Cleansing Balm, and I think it's the best! It's fantastic at removing sebum and effortlessly melts away makeup. The best part? No deep dryness after use! The balm format can be a bit messy to use. This cleansing balm works hard to keep your skin clean and comfortable. It's great for combination dehydrated skin, offering effective cleansing without irritation. The balm texture absorbs well into the skin, leaving your complexion feeling fresh and balanced. - ac***Dry SkinSensitive SkinDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityDead Skin CellsRecommendedJun 27, 2025
Wow... This is absolutely perfect for use in makeup schools! It removes mascara and eyeliner so well, and it's incredibly gentle on the skin!! There's nothing bad to say! It's already famous, but I hope it becomes even more popular so we can see more promotions!! - 7w********Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedJun 26, 2025
I tried a cleansing balm for the first time after only using cleansing oils, and wow... The feeling of blackheads being pulled out right away is no joke! But what's even more impressive is how my skin feels after rinsing - not squeaky clean, but silky smooth!!!!! This is really important, you know. That squeaky clean feeling can totally throw off your skin's oil and moisture balance. I love how soft and smooth it leaves my skin feeling. It seems you need to use quite a bit more than the recommended amount to effectively dissolve sebum without irritation. I had to experiment to find the right amount... Using that much definitely makes you feel the higher price compared to oils. Sigh. - da*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessDead Skin CellsRecommendedJun 26, 2025
This is truly my holy grail product. I initially bought it for sebum concerns, but it feels like it's getting rid of those tiny bumps. Even with my sensitive skin, it worked wonders. I purchased this for sebum issues, but I didn't feel like it was reducing my excess oil at all. The reviewer mentions "좁쌀" (literally "millet"), which likely refers to small, millet-like bumps on the skin. In English, these are often described as "tiny bumps" or "textural irregularities." The translation reflects this concept in a way that's more familiar to English-speaking skincare enthusiasts. - su*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedJun 25, 2025
The cleansing effectiveness is absolutely incredible! I've only used cleansing milk before, but this was my first time trying a balm-type cleanser, and it's truly amazing. I wouldn't recommend this for people with very oily skin, and it's also not suitable for those prone to blemishes. Make sure to massage it in well and emulsify thoroughly with water. - dp*******Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 25, 2025
I've been using this since last year and I'm on my third bottle now! I have acne-prone skin and used to use cleansing milk, but I bought this after a dermatology clinic staff recommended it. It definitely removes residue better than cleansing milk and feels gentler on the skin. I think it's also helped reduce my acne. Of course, using this won't make all your blemishes disappear, but proper cleansing is crucial for managing troubled skin! There's not much to complain about, but if I had to say something, it runs out quickly because I use a generous amount each time. The quantity doesn't seem quite sufficient. - rt********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinEnlarged PoresRecommendedJun 23, 2025
I chose a cleansing balm because: - Cleansing oils can enlarge pores and leave eye makeup behind - Cleansing wipes are too harsh and don't remove eye makeup fully - Cleansing milks generally lack cleansing power I tried this popular cleansing balm and now I don't want to use anything else! There are pink and blue versions in the same line, but I went for the green one as it's said to be effective for blackhead removal. For heavy makeup: Apply a thicker layer and massage to remove makeup For blackheads: Apply a thin layer, use a brush to massage for about 10 minutes, then emulsify and do a second massage with your hands Initially, I applied too much product, but that actually reduced its cleansing effectiveness. Just apply a thin layer - think of it as one coat on your face. I wear makeup often and this has lasted me about 2 months. The jar packaging could be inconvenient, even with an included spatula. I use a brush to scoop it out and massage, so it hasn't been a big issue for me. I recommend using this with a cleansing brush. It's great for clearing blackheads and pores, especially on the nose and chin area. For those who use it, you probably know: Apply to a dry face and massage, then slightly wet your hands for a second massage - this works wonders for blackhead removal!
