Thumbs up!
ConsIt really didn't work for me at all. My eyes felt incredibly irritated, and I just didn't like it. It didn't remove my makeup well, left residue, and was overall disappointing. Don't waste your money on this, everyone.

Its biggest advantage is that it leaves your skin feeling moisturized and gentle without any tightness after cleansing. Notably, it contains Centella Asiatica extract, tea tree ingredients, and a 7-free formula, which can help reduce redness and provide a calming effect. Having passed skin irritation tests, this low-irritation formula can be used worry-free even on days when your skin feels super sensitive. The texture is a soft balm that melts into an oil-like consistency upon contact with your hands. It effectively dissolves makeup, sunscreen, and impurities without irritation. It even removes waterproof products relatively well, and impressively leaves no slippery residue after rinsing, finishing clean and smooth.
ConsWhile it effectively removes daily makeup, it may leave some residue when dealing with strong point makeup like waterproof eyeliner or lip tint. For these, using a separate makeup remover or cleansing water alongside might be more thorough. Also, as with most cleansing balms, there's the inconvenience of using a spatula. In dry environments, the product near the opening may harden, so care is needed during storage.
Tip1. For best cleansing effectiveness, use on dry hands and face. 2. Melt the balm in your palms and gently massage it over your entire face to dissolve makeup without irritation. 3. For sensitive areas like around the eyes and mouth, lightly massage and then emulsify thoroughly with lukewarm water. 4. If you have oily skin, double cleansing is recommended. For dry or sensitive skin, rinsing with lukewarm water is sufficient.

That's about the only positive.
ConsIt leaves significant residue and causes blemishes. While this balm is meant for sensitive skin and supposedly good for barrier protection, it's problematic. When emulsifying and rinsing, the residue stubbornly clings instead of washing away cleanly. Trying to remove it by rolling again causes irritation. The residue doesn't disappear in one go - you really need to roll multiple times to get rid of it. I'll have to try a different Banila Co balm. I've been using their easily rinsed-off balms, but switching to this sensitive skin version left me shocked. It clings to the sides of my nose and butterfly zone, and doesn't come off with just one round of rolling. This balm requires extended emulsification time.
