✓ Combination dehydrated skin This summer, my face would turn into an oil slick just an hour after applying makeup. I was at my wit's end until I came across this product and decided to give it a try out of sheer desperation. First things first, if you have oily or combination dehydrated skin, you absolutely must get this. While it doesn't completely eliminate oil production after 3 hours, it significantly reduces it to a subtle glow. For me, this has become a summer essential... I thought it might feel tight on the skin, but it absorbs beautifully without any stickiness, leaving my skin feeling hydrated! The scent is hard to describe, but it has a fresh, invigorating fragrance. You deserve to be famous... I need to be able to use you for a long time to come! The only downside is the price... Unless there's a big sale, it's quite expensive. Sigh. I noticed there were some recommended usage tips inside the product box! - dl**********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedApr 18, 2025
Unlike other moisturizers, I appreciate that this one doesn't contain pore-clogging ingredients or hyaluronic acid. While hyaluronic acid products can be slippery and provide decent hydration, I've found they often cause breakouts and leave an unpleasant finish. I'm grateful for its absence here. I bought this during an upgrade sale on the official site, so I got it at a good price along with other products, which lowered my expectations. The finish is nice, and it contains panthenol and niacinamide, which is why I decided to give it a try. As someone with sensitive, atopy-prone skin that reacts to almost everything, this unfortunately stung as well. However, it seems less irritating than niacinamide serums, so I'm willing to give it another shot. I really hope it works well for me this time. Since it has a gel-cream texture, I was concerned it might feel heavy if layered with other products. So I've been applying this alone before bed. - ch*******Oily SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesEnlarged PoresRecommendedMar 29, 2025
Perfect for oily skin! It feels like a hydrating, soothing cream. I'm so satisfied! There are many types of moisturizers out there, so there are plenty of other good products to choose from. - rk*******Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 19, 2025
I absolutely love this product! I was worried it might be drying since it's for oil control, but it's surprisingly hydrating while still managing excess oil. It leaves my skin feeling so moisturized... And it creates this perfect, plump base that makes makeup application a dream! I have a lot of small, inflammatory blemishes, but after using this overnight, more than half of them had calmed down. I think this could work for all skin types. As for me, I plan to use it for life! There are absolutely no downsides. I can't think of a single negative thing to say about this product. As someone with extremely sensitive skin - I'm talking top 0.1% sensitive on the planet - I've finally found a cream that works for me. I'll be using this forever. If you have sensitive skin that reacts to everything, you'll be amazed at how well this works. It's a game-changer for those of us with super sensitive skin who struggle to find suitable products. - sh*******Normal SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedFeb 11, 2025
It's not a moisturizing cream, but a gel cream? The texture feels like applying silicone, but it's surprisingly hydrating. My skin feels soft and smooth... even until the next day. It's great! I used to dislike how some moisturizers left my face feeling damp or greasy, but this one makes my skin feel silky smooth, which is so satisfying. Despite my well-known sensitive skin, this product keeps my complexion in great condition. It's also nice that it doesn't cause pilling when applied before makeup. The price... it's more expensive than I expected. Even with a discount, it's pricey for an 80ml product! - ek*******Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedJan 19, 2025
Review after using from December 26th to December 30th, 2024 Why I chose this product: I decided to try this product because I have dry skin. After cleansing, my skin often feels tight, and even when wearing makeup, I experience a lot of skin tightness. That's what led me to purchase this. So, why this product among many hydrating creams? The product name mentions 'oil control hydrating cream'. While I lack both moisture and oil, regular hydrating creams often fall short in providing enough hydration. I chose this product thinking it could better balance both oil and moisture levels in my skin. Product credibility: - Completed skin oil-moisture balance improvement test - Completed pore improvement test - Completed skin texture improvement test - Completed skin soothing test for irritation - Completed low-irritation test for sensitive skin I've tried purchasing and using separate facial oils before, but I really disliked the sticky feeling and ended up throwing them away. However, with this product, I don't need to use anything separately. How to apply: Use it before your nourishing cream. If you don't use a nourishing cream, apply it as the last step in your skincare routine. After 10 days of use, My skin definitely feels less dry. It doesn't make my skin overly oily, but it has noticeably reduced the flaking and tightness I used to experience after applying makeup. I love how it makes my skin feel moisturized from within. Honestly, I didn't find any downsides for me personally. The texture, absorption, and oil-moisture balance all worked well for my skin. If I had to share a personal tip, I think this product might work even better if you store it in the refrigerator before use. - 13*****Combination SkinOct 24, 2024
No blemish-causing issues, and the ingredients are generally safe. The texture is like a typical lightweight hydrating cream with almost no rich feeling! Due to its niacinamide content, I'd recommend it for summer use and oily skin types. As a result, it might feel less hydrating and moisturizing (since niacinamide helps reduce oil and sebum). While the 'oil control' name is fitting, I didn't notice any particular soothing effects. Without any standout features, I probably won't repurchase. It's neither a calming cream nor a barrier cream, so it's a bit drying as a regular moisturizer step even for oily skin. I ended up using it mainly on my chin and forehead. Since I usually use creams with good barrier protection and hydration as the final skincare step, this one felt a bit out of place. Also, niacinamide is often applied separately, so it's not really necessary here. Personally, I prefer creams that strengthen the skin barrier or help with soothing. I was very satisfied with the cica cream from the same brand as a hydrating moisturizer. The downsides are mentioned above. Overall, it seems unclear for which season it's best suited, and its role in a skincare routine is a bit ambiguous. It felt nice and moisturizing when applied to areas with more oil! - by*****Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinInner DrynessRecommendedSep 10, 2024
A great moisturizer for combination dehydrated skin in summer! It effectively tackles deep dryness. Nothing particularly bad, but it doesn't stand out compared to other products. (No significant advantages) - nj*******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessRecommendedAug 9, 2024
I haven't been using it for long, but so far it's been great with no blemishes popping up. It's definitely better than the moisturizer I used before. I'd recommend this to those with oily skin. The price is a bit steep... That's the only downside, everything else is fine. - ch**************Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedJul 8, 2024
As someone with combination dehydrated skin that produces a lot of oil, I really appreciated that the ingredients were all beneficial for oily skin types. I didn't feel like it was particularly effective at controlling excess oil. However, it was gentle and didn't cause any blemishes.
