  Pros

  Here's my review after using it for two weeks, morning and night! First off, I have dry, atopic skin, but since it's summer, I've been avoiding sticky formulas. The Cica Calming Gel Cream absorbs incredibly well! It applies moistly and gives an instant feeling of hydration. The scent can sometimes remind me of aloe vera on sensitive days! Usually, it just has a cool, refreshing fragrance.

  Cons

  The most important thing for me was whether it would cause itching after application. For the first 3-4 days, I used it without issues, but as I continued, I started to experience some itchiness.. It wasn't severe, but now I have small bumps where it itched, so I've stopped using it in the morning and only apply a thin layer at night! Also, when I wake up, it seems like my face is quite oily all over...

  Tip

  It feels slightly heavy, so controlling the amount is crucial! I recommend applying a thin layer first, and if you feel you need more hydration, gradually add a bit more.

  Pros

  I have combination dehydrated skin that's super sensitive. My skin tends to get dry in winter and oily in summer! I used to think soothing creams or gel creams were too light, so I avoided them. But this one feels like it's really filling my skin with rich hydration. I think it would be great to use all year round, except maybe in the depths of winter! The texture is delightfully moisturizing when applied. Usually, gel creams seem to disappear as they absorb, but this one feels like it's adding a layer of hydration, which I love.

  Cons

  I have skin that doesn't agree with tea tree ingredients, but I thought it would be fine and used it anyway. My skin reacted severely, turning red, breaking out, and itching terribly. I suffered for about a week. Warning: If tea tree doesn't work for you, it's best to avoid using this!

  Tip

  It might be great to apply this after using a face mask before bed!

  Pros

  - Texture It's a translucent, light green gel-cream. I was satisfied with how it spreads easily without feeling heavy, and absorbs well into the skin. It's pleasantly moisturizing without being sticky or slippery. If you're looking for a summer moisturizer, this product could be a great choice. - Ingredients The eco-friendly tea tree and fermented cica ingredients seemed to quickly soothe irritated and inflamed skin with their powerful calming effects. I felt reassured using it since it's completed sensitive skin and low-irritation tests. However, it didn't quite suit my skin. I was disappointed it didn't work for me, as I would have used it daily if the ingredients had agreed with my skin. - Scent There's a very subtle, typical cosmetic fragrance, but it's so mild that it wasn't off-putting.

  I have super sensitive skin. About 30 minutes after application, my face started to feel a bit itchy. When I looked in the mirror, my skin was red and had some blemishes, so I quickly washed it off. If you have very sensitive skin, make sure to check the ingredients carefully.

  Tip

  Applying it immediately after cleansing might provide good hydration effects.
