Please don't discontinue it. I wish everyone knew about this product. I started using it around September 2024 and I'm currently on my third repurchase! As a skincare nomad, I never found anything that really worked for me, so I kept trying different products. But this one completely calmed my bumpy, acne-prone skin. Can you see the before and after difference? (Ignore my pores, I'm a pore queen...) Just look at how the blemishes have subsided! I first tried it as part of a YouTube review program and loved it so much I bought it myself. Initially, I used the toner -> serum -> gel cream routine, but as a student on a budget, I've only repurchased the toner and gel cream after finishing the serum. 💦Toner: Has a mucus-like consistency. When used as a toner pack, it makes my skin firm and allows the next skincare steps and makeup to absorb beautifully. ◻️Toner pads: I tried these as part of the review program, but the cotton was too thick and didn't adhere well to my skin. I didn't feel it released the product effectively, so I didn't purchase them. I prefer using the toner with 5-layer cotton pads for a mask. 💧Serum: Similar consistency to the toner. Personally, I'm not sure if serums make a big difference, so I didn't repurchase. 💚Gel cream: I absolutely love this! I can't live without it. Due to hormonal issues, my skin flares up once a month, but continuous use of this helps it calm down faster! The soothing effect was most dramatic when I first started using it. After 6 months, it doesn't prevent breakouts entirely, but it provides just the right amount of hydration for my combination dehydrated skin. The next morning, there's some oil on my skin, but when I wash it off, my skin feels incredibly soft.
ConsI wish they'd offer a larger size! Also, it's not available at Olive Young. I really hope more people can try this and find their skin savior. It's truly amazing!
TipApplying this after Leegeehaam Shot is fantastic - your skin absorbs it even better. The toner and cream combo is a must-have! Using the cream after a toner pack leads to much better absorption than using the cream alone. It's a golden combination!

It's surprisingly packed with hydration, making it a top recommendation for dry skin. It's a lifesaver for calming the skin! When my skin flared up during my period, I was hesitant to try new products. But I took a chance with this for soothing care, and in just 3 days, the redness and blemishes started to disappear! I can't recommend it enough. The fragrance-free formula is also a big plus, making it suitable for everyone.
ConsThere are honestly no downsides. It's that good! I think both oily and dry skin types will love this product.
TipAs someone with dry skin, I found the hydration to be intense, so I layer it like this: toner > gel cream > moisturizer. This combo works wonders! However, for those with oily skin, finishing with just this gel cream should be perfect!

Hydration Despite being a gel cream, which can often dry out quickly, this one provides rich hydration that lasts for a long time. 2. Ingredients While it does contain fragrance, my sensitive skin doesn't have an allergic reaction to it, so that's nice. I've been using this to soothe my skin when it gets red or irritated. 3. Texture It's a lightweight gel cream that absorbs well without pilling. It might not be enough for winter, but it's perfect for summer use!
ConsThere's a cucumber-like scent... I wonder if the fragrance was really necessary.

It also provides some soothing effects. When used after being in the fridge or in front of the air conditioner, its gel-cream texture gives a nice cooling effect that feels great.
ConsOnce it's fully absorbed, it can leave the skin feeling a bit dry. I wouldn't recommend it for nighttime use, but it's great as a base for oily skin types before applying makeup.

I loved how the texture wasn't heavy on the skin! As a gel cream, it had just the right amount of weight like a hydrating moisturizer, and it didn't sit on top of my face, which was great! 2. It provides ample hydration! After applying it to my face, I was satisfied with how it supplied sufficient moisture without needing to reapply. It absorbs well too! 3. It was great for soothing blemishes! I was pleased to see that the overall blemishes on my skin noticeably subsided.
ConsWhile it's not a major concern, I think it would be even better if the fragrance was improved!

When my skin was on the verge of breaking out, applying this cream instantly calmed it down! It's perfect for lightweight application in this hot weather we're having.
ConsWhile there aren't really any downsides, those with dry skin might find it insufficient on its own during winter months.

True to its name, it's a gel-type cream with a light mint color. Some gel-type creams can leave a sticky residue or create a film-like layer, making the skin feel stuffy. However, the Toboco Cica Calming Gel Cream absorbs well and doesn't feel sticky or suffocating, even when applying a generous amount. Lately, due to the heatwave, I've been keeping it in the fridge and applying thick layers at night. It's great because it not only calms the skin but also feels refreshingly cool. Indoors, the air conditioning can make the environment feel drier than outside, but this cream provides excellent hydration, making it ideal for summer use. As someone with sensitive skin who prefers gentle products, I find this product to be mild with no skin irritation and a pleasant feel.
ConsThe downside is that I'm sensitive to fragrances and usually avoid skincare products with added scents. While this product doesn't have an overpowering fragrance, the fact that it contains added perfume is slightly off-putting. It has a scent, but it's not one that I particularly enjoy.
TipWhen applying makeup, using too much can cause pilling, so it's best to use a small amount for a smooth application.

The subtle, natural fragrance is unlikely to polarize users. Its texture resembles a standard moisturizer - neither runny nor thick - making it easy to apply smoothly. While not heavy, it's not particularly lightweight either, so those with oily skin might want to apply a thin layer in summer. However, it doesn't feel overly rich. The hydration lasts surprisingly long, and its gel-cream formula imparts a noticeable moisturizing effect. Its non-irritating nature makes it suitable even for super sensitive skin.
ConsThere's nothing particularly disappointing about the product itself, but I wish it came in a larger size. Being a gel-cream rather than a traditional cream, you tend to use more of it.

Among gel creams, it has a bit more viscosity, which makes it comfortable and moisturizing even for my dry skin. Hydration and Moisture: It leaves a clean finish without stickiness. Despite this, I loved its excellent hydrating and moisturizing power. It didn't cause any pilling when used before makeup, and in summer, those with oily skin might be able to use it alone. Soothing and Fragrance: True to being a soothing cream, it cools the skin and effectively reduces redness. It was especially nice to use in summer. The scent is slightly cool like cucumber with floral notes, which made it pleasant to use.
ConsThere's nothing to complain about... The feel, texture, moisturizing power, and soothing effect are all great. Because it's so good, I use it generously, so the amount seems a bit small. It would be nice if a larger size was available.
TipFor night care, applying a thick layer of the cream before bed left my skin noticeably soothed the next day. It could also work well as a cream mask.

It's said to calm the skin by 165% in just 3 seconds! It's a gentle, soothing gel-cream with a thin, light, semi-transparent pale green color. Being a gel-type cream, it absorbs well and adheres to the skin without any stickiness. It's perfect as a lightweight moisturizer for summer, ideal for soothing and hydrating care. The thin, spreadable gel cream creates a moisturizing barrier that leaves your skin feeling hydrated without being sticky - perfect for someone like me who dislikes that tacky feeling. In summer, overly heavy creams can feel like they're clogging your pores. When applied to the face, there's a slight cooling effect that seems to soothe skin irritated by sun exposure. During my menstrual cycle, when my face feels hot, I apply it generously like a sheet mask. I had a few blemishes on my face, but after consistently applying the Toboco moisturizer, the small, red bumps quickly subsided. It's a low-irritation soothing cream that has passed skin irritation tests, so even those with sensitive skin can use it with confidence. I highly recommend this summer soothing cream for those with sensitive and delicate skin.
ConsThe quantity is a bit small, so if you use it generously in summer, it runs out quickly... I wish they would make a larger size.
TipIf you have blemishes, apply a generous amount of the cream and place a toner pad on top - they'll subside quickly.
