  Wow, I've never felt my nose this smooth in my life! Those stubborn blackheads that wouldn't budge even with oils and melting techniques just came right out with this sheet. It was so satisfying! While it didn't work as well on larger blemishes, I appreciated that it dissolved the gunk instead of squeezing it out, which meant less irritation. The second mask was great for soothing my skin too. It really helped remove those deep-seated whiteheads and blackheads. You can't see it well in the photo, but my nose is incredibly smooth and clean now... haha!

  Cons

  As someone with sensitive skin, I felt a bit of tingling and irritation when I applied the sebum-dissolving sheet. Those with super sensitive skin might want to keep this in mind!

  The first step uses a cellulose sheet that adheres well if applied correctly, staying put without lifting. After 10-15 minutes, when you remove the sheet, you can see white sebum that's been drawn out. This allows for gentle sebum removal without irritation, though there's a slight warming sensation. The second step's soothing mask is generously soaked in essence, which is fantastic. Finally, I appreciated that neither step had an off-putting scent, and my skin felt silky smooth after the nose pack.

  Pros

  As the weather gets hotter, I was really worried about blackheads and pores. I've always used peel-off nose packs, but I'm satisfied with this shrink nose pack. The cellulose sheet adheres so well, and I love that the size covers the butterfly zone too. After it melted, I was shocked to see how well it lifted the sebum! It works even better when used after a shower. I keep the second step refrigerated, which makes it feel more refreshing and seems to help with pore tightening even more!

  Cons

  I did feel a slight tingling sensation, probably due to the exfoliating ingredients. When trying to remove the lifted sebum, I noticed some skin peeling if I rubbed too hard, so you definitely shouldn't be too rough with it.

  Tip

  If you have an ultrasonic exfoliator, try using it together with this pack! It's much less irritating and gently removes sebum. For those with sensitive skin, it's best to use this pack a day or two after exfoliating!

  Size: Both the first and second masks are wider than expected, allowing care for the butterfly zone too! Texture: I was worried the first mask might not stick well due to its thickness, but it adheres perfectly! The second mask is super thin with essence dripping off - that means it's packed with goodness! It clings even better due to its thinness and abundance of essence. Quantity: The first mask seems to have little product, but don't let that fool you - it's effective! Just 10 minutes and you'll see sebum coming to the surface! The second mask has so much essence you could cover your entire face... and then some! Scent: No unpleasant or distracting fragrances at all while using. I'll definitely repurchase when I run out! As someone with oily skin, I used to cringe at my enlarged pores, but the results are so noticeable - I'm thrilled!

  You need to apply this after cleansing but before any skincare, which can leave the rest of your face feeling quite dry. - Pro tip: Mist the non-masked areas of your face to combat this dryness. After removing the first mask and cleaning with the cotton swab, applying the second mask caused a slight stinging sensation. While it didn't cause any reactions or blemishes, the irritation was a bit disappointing.

  Tip

  I tried it two days in a row to check if any impurities were coming from the mask itself. On the second day, almost nothing came out! Tips: - Use every 2-3 days - It's most effective after a shower - Don't force extraction, just wipe away what comes out naturally - While the included cotton swab has an extraction end, forcing it can cause damage. Just wipe gently and repeat the process in two days for naturally clear results.

  1st Step - I was surprised by how large the sheet was. It covered almost my entire cheeks. When I first opened it, the sheet was soaked with essence, like a sheet mask. Be careful when opening! I loved how it adhered to my face without any gaps, similar to the high-end masks used in esthetician treatments. For those who can't tell the front from the back, just remove all the netting and use either side. Despite being a sebum softener, it felt cool rather than warm as I expected. After removing, I could see softened sebum on the surface. I gently wiped it with the included cotton swab and used the mini extractor on the other end for larger clumps. 2nd Step - This sheet is just as large as the first one. The scent was pleasant. The texture is so thin it's almost invisible, like solidified essence. It also adheres well, which is great! I applied a sheet mask over this and then removed it. While it doesn't dramatically shrink pores, it does help return irritated pores to their original size. I think it's definitely better to use this than not.

  Cons

  1st Step - The scent wasn't great, slightly reminiscent of ammonia. It was difficult to remove all the sebum with just one cotton swab, so I had to use a few more to extract everything. While it was more effective than just cleansing, I couldn't help but think this method might be just as irritating. 2nd Step - There was a slight tingling sensation on areas where I had extracted sebum and caused irritation.

  Tip

  Since the sheets are so large, next time I plan to cut the edges and use them on the area below my lips and above my chin where sebum tends to accumulate. Storing the 2nd step in the refrigerator makes it refreshingly cool to use. I think if you resist the urge to forcefully extract sebum like I did and use it gently without irritation, it could be a good product.

  1. Pore Preparation First off, the collagen-like sheet feels incredibly soft when applied, which is so pleasant. It's saturated with essence, so no worries about it drying out. The sheet is wide enough to cover even the butterfly zone where I have some blackheads - I'm thrilled! 2. Sebum Removal After peeling off the sheet, I used the provided black cotton swab to clear out sebum. Not only did it work on blackheads, but it also extracted hidden sebum from places I didn't even realize had any! 3. Pore Tightening After removing a good amount of sebum, I applied the final sheet. I might have been a bit rough during the sebum removal as I felt a slight tingling for about 10 seconds after application. However, once everything was absorbed, my skin felt incredibly smooth. It became unbelievably silky!

  Cons

  Apart from the slight tingling when applying the final sheet, this is a nose pack I'm extremely satisfied with. My nose becomes so smooth afterwards that I can't stop using it... it's addictive!

  Tip

  I found it most effective when used right after showering. I highly recommend using it immediately post-shower! Also, if you use a spatula-like tool for sebum removal, you can extract an impressive amount of sebum... but I wouldn't advise doing this too frequently.

  1. Dissolves sebum effectively After using Step 1, I gently scraped with an extractor since cotton swabs didn't pick up much sebum. I was amazed at how easily the sebum came out. It felt like the sebum had completely melted...! 2. Wide coverage allows for full T-zone care I saw more results on my cheeks than my nose. Some deep-seated sebum on my nose was harder to dissolve, but the sebum on my cheeks was thoroughly removed. 3. Step 2 is gentle I experienced a slight tingling after using Step 1, but Step 2 effectively calmed my skin.

  * Rating is out of 5 stars. This review is based on a single use. Texture: ★★★★ The part of the first step that touches the nose feels like jelly. Although it lifted slightly at the tip of my short nose, it adhered well and covered a wide area up to the sides. When you take it out, there's plastic on both sides, but I wasn't sure which side to stick on, so I just applied it as is. It's meant to be used for a maximum of 15 minutes, so I put it on after showering and dried my hair - it stayed on well without falling off. Sebum softening: ★★★★ The close-up photo didn't focus well, so I substituted it with a cotton swab picture. After 15 minutes, when I removed the first step, there were about 5-6 white sebum plugs stuck to the gel surface, showing it really softened the sebum well. Overall score: ★★★★ The first step truly lives up to its name in softening sebum. However, extracting the sebum is up to you... unlike pore strips, it requires some technique.

  As mentioned earlier, the instructions are lacking. Please specify which side of the first step should be applied to the nose. If both sides work, please state that the direction doesn't matter. The first step has a strange oily, dusty smell. Why does it smell like this when it's meant to be applied to the nose? It's definitely not a mint oil scent. The included cotton swab is really harsh. Should it be moistened with water for removal? I read online that using cleansing oil helps with sebum removal, so I tried that too, but it didn't work. The back part doesn't extract well when pressed hard, and you have to scrape to gather... Large sebum plugs with roots are hard to extract and require a lot of force. It's disappointing to see the whitened, softened sebum but not be able to remove it effectively, which lessens the satisfaction. For sensitive skin, it seems I'll need to use this with more than a week's interval.

  Tip

  I thoroughly extracted my sebum the day before delivery, so I've only used it once. If there are any changes after this, I'll add them. After using the first step, my skin peeled from manually extracting sebum, so I substituted the finishing step with aloe gel. The sebum seems to have softened better since I used it after showering.

  The Hwahae Testers Review I love the clean packaging. The first patch has an incredibly sticky texture that adheres well. However, it had an odd scent. After applying, I felt a slight warming sensation, but it was so subtle that I wondered if it was working. To my surprise, it effectively lifted out blackheads, leaving me satisfied. As someone with super sensitive skin, I appreciated that it wasn't irritating. Unfortunately, when I tried the second patch, it was more uncomfortable than the first, so I had to remove it quickly. I won't be able to use the second type. Still, the blackhead-removing effectiveness of the first patch was excellent, so I'd like to repurchase it when I run out.

  This pore pack that dissolves sebum is way more effective than peel-off masks! It melts away blackheads so well you can actually see them coming to the surface. The best part is that it even treats the butterfly zone - that's a huge plus!

  Cons

  The cellulose pack seemed to have a slight cooling effect, which made it feel like it was dissolving less sebum than expected. I also felt a very mild tingling sensation - it wasn't too bad, but those with super sensitive skin should take note. I wish it came with a bit more of the softening solution too.

  The cotton swabs included are a bit flimsy, so I'd recommend using an extractor tool instead.
