  I'm writing this review after using the product twice myself and once with a friend! First off, remember to remove all the plastic and gauze from both sides of the pore-softening product before use!!!! This product truly delivers on its main purpose - pore cleansing! I've been struggling with blackheads that wouldn't budge even with cleansing oils, but after using this, my nose became incredibly smooth! My friend's skin went beyond smooth to absolutely flawless! The first product effectively dissolves and removes sebum, while the second pack soothes the skin. The next day, I had zero foundation clinging to my nose when applying makeup!! As someone who's always been self-conscious about foundation clinging to my nose, I found this product to be a game-changer! Once I've used up this sample, I plan to purchase it and use it once a week.

  Cons

  1. While I have no complaints about the product itself, there were some issues with the usage process. The pore-softening product has plastic(?) and gauze attached on both sides. At first, I didn't realize I needed to remove the tightly attached gauze before use. It was only after I finished using it that I noticed the gauze slightly coming off, and realized everything should be removed before application. As you can see in the photo, there's no mention of this. It would be helpful if there were clear instructions on the outer packaging to remove both sides before use! 2. Given how effective it is at removing sebum, it might be nice to include a product that more effectively reduces pores. While I didn't notice my pores becoming more prominent after using the second pack, my friend felt that because it removed so much sebum, it made her pores look more noticeable, making her hesitant to use it frequently.

  I used the product twice before writing this review. The first time, I used it right after taking a bath. Perhaps because my pores were fully open, after using the pore-softening product and then using a blackhead remover on my nose and T-zone, I could visibly see the sebum being pushed out (the satisfaction was unreal... so much sebum came out that I almost took a photo for the review, but decided against it as it might look too gross). The white sebum and blackheads on my nose noticeably disappeared. I was worried my pores might look more prominent, but after using the second care product, my nose just looked clean without any noticeable pores! I highly recommend using it after a bath!!! The second time, I used it after just washing my face normally! I wanted to see if the bath had enhanced the effects the first time, so I just washed my face as usual. The results were similar! This shows that the pore-softening product effectively dissolves sebum in any situation, which I appreciated! Again, I didn't notice any prominent pores after using the second care product. I also applied my usual face mask over the second care product on my nose! If you have an important event or need your makeup to look flawless the next day, use this the night before. You'll notice how smoothly your foundation goes on, giving you that perfect, translucent makeup look!

  First off, I love how big and wide the nose patch is, allowing for a seamless fit! I'm not usually a fan of cotton swab-style nose packs for blackhead removal, as they don't seem to clean thoroughly. However, this product visibly draws out blemishes, and when you use the cotton swab, it removes them incredibly well. The dual-ended design with a blackhead extractor on the other side is so convenient and effective! The final soothing patch adheres perfectly to the skin, and the scent is pleasant and non-irritating. It's fantastic!

  The initial scent of the pore-opening nose patch was slightly off-putting.

  As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I've got to say: 1. Having tried countless two-step products, I can confidently say this product's first step is the absolute best! You know that famous American product known for its pore-clearing abilities? Well, this one pulls out even more sebum! I'm completely satisfied with step 1! 2. The scent of step 1 is slightly reminiscent of alcohol (similar to the American product) with a medicinal note. Step 2 has a typical sheet mask fragrance. Texture-wise, step 1 feels like a soft, thick gel mask, while step 2 is more like a thin sheet mask soaked in essence. 3. The size is definitely a plus! If you have large pores on your nose, chances are you have a wider T-zone, and this product perfectly meets those needs. It covers the butterfly zone well too, which I love. Note: The attached photo shows the results on my boyfriend after using step 1 for 15 minutes, followed by 5 minutes of scrubbing (with a device), and then step 2 for 10 minutes.

  Cons

  1. It's a bit disappointing that step 2 feels slightly smaller in size compared to step 1. 2. The inner packaging of step 1 seems a bit cumbersome. It feels like there are too many layers to peel off!

  Tip

  Tips: Use after showering: Your pores naturally open up after a shower, allowing for better sebum extraction and less irritation. Don't overuse: Using pore strips too frequently can actually enlarge your pores! While it's normal for sebum to accumulate, daily use can irritate your skin and lead to enlarged pores. If you're prone to oily skin, use it every 3 days at most. I personally recommend once a week. For stubborn blackheads: Consider using a scrubbing device alongside this product. If the extracted sebum doesn't come out completely, it might lead to even larger buildups. If blackheads are a major concern, using a device in conjunction with this product can be beneficial. That's what I did!

  Right after using Step 1, I noticed my sebum softening and dead skin cells dissolving, with little bits coming up on the bridge of my nose! It was so satisfying to wipe it off with a cotton swab. While using Step 2, I could feel my pores tightening. After trying it out, I was amazed at how much cleaner my nose looked compared to before! The mask material was super smooth, causing no irritation, and it adhered perfectly to my nose without any lifting. I was really pleased! The mask was also packed with plenty of liquid essence, so I made sure to use every last drop by patting the remaining product into my skin after removing the mask.

  Cons

  I have super sensitive skin, but so far I haven't found any downsides while using this product.

  Tip

  For even better results, try opening up your pores with a warm, steamy towel before applying the mask. This could be a game-changer for oily skin types dealing with those pesky blackheads in summer. With regular use, I think it could really help keep your skin clear!

  I'm using a photo of my husband's nose since his blackheads are more visible than mine. Apologies for any unpleasantness! First off, the price point is great - around 8,000 won for 4 patches makes it easy on the wallet! I love that it not only removes blackheads but also includes a pore-calming mask. Such a smart combo! It wasn't irritating at all, with no tingling sensation. I barely noticed any scent either. The patches are generously sized, covering the nose and butterfly zone for comprehensive care. That was a big plus! The adhesion is excellent too. They stick well to the contours of the nose without lifting. While it didn't remove 100% of the blackheads (which would have been nice), there was definitely a noticeable improvement. I think with consistent use, results will get even better. I'll be repurchasing for sure. Very satisfied overall! (The photos show results after using step 1 and then step 2 of the treatment)

  Since it's not a peel-off type, it can't remove blackheads completely. One cotton swab wasn't quite enough to clean the entire area thoroughly.

  Here's my review as one of The Hwahae Testers! Scent - My boyfriend said the first step nose pack smelled strange. But personally, I didn't find it particularly unpleasant or odd. Feel - It's very gentle on the skin. I had recently done a sebum cleanse, so there wasn't much to dramatically remove. However, my boyfriend, who was reluctant to take photos, found quite a bit came off when he used it. What I liked - It seems great for a light sebum cleanse when your nose is too sensitive.

  Cons

  This is just my personal opinion, but I prefer products where I can visibly see the sebum being extracted. I think I'm just not used to such gentle products.

  Tip

  I think it would be more effective when you can feel or see raised sebum plugs, or when your pores feel clogged and congested.

  Usage experience: Unlike many commercial nose packs that can irritate and enlarge pores, this product effectively removed blackheads and sebum without any irritation. I've tried mud packs and pore serums before due to my blackhead and sebum concerns, but they weren't very effective. After using this for the first time, I was able to easily remove many blackheads, leaving my nose clean! Step 1 has a soft texture that adheres well to the skin, making it comfortable to use. Apply it for 10-15 minutes to soften the sebum before removal. You can even dry your hair while waiting after washing your face. Step 2 works to tighten pores and soothe the skin. There's plenty of serum, so you can apply any excess to your arms or neck. I felt a slight tingling sensation when I first used it, but it subsided with continued use and my skin felt fine! Scent: It has a strong smell reminiscent of cement or industrial chemicals. Those sensitive to fragrances might find it a bit intense.

  The scent was somewhat disappointing. However, given how effective the product is, I don't consider it a major issue.

  Tip

  I've only used peel-off nose packs before, so this was my first time trying a pack that softens blackheads. First off, the size is generous - it can care for blackheads not just on the nose, but on the cheeks too. I used it during a half-body bath, leaving the first step on for about 30 minutes. It definitely softened the blackheads more thoroughly than just bathing alone would have. After removing step 1, I gently wiped with the included cotton swab, but it didn't remove the blackheads - they were only softened inside the pores, not pushed out. So I used the extractor end of the swab to press and remove them. Small blackheads came out easily, but larger ones didn't come out completely. This process was naturally a bit irritating. After blackhead removal, I used step 2, which has a cool, slightly tingly sheet that seemed to tighten the pores well. Overall, I didn't have many complaints.

  The fact that it couldn't completely remove larger blackheads from the root, and that the blackheads didn't come out easily just by wiping with the cotton swab after step 1 as I had hoped - instead requiring pressure to extract them.
