  Pros

  The product consists of two nose packs - Step 1 and Step 2. The first one removes sebum, followed by the second nose pack. I liked that the pack has multiple grooves, allowing it to adhere perfectly to the contours of the face. The material was smooth without any rough spots, causing no irritation.

  Cons

  As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I applied for this to remove excess sebum. However, I didn't feel like the Step 1 nose pack brought up much sebum. Only a small amount came out.

  Tip

  For best results, use Step 1 after opening your pores with a warm towel to make sebum extraction easier. For Step 2, it seems more effective when applied after cooling the skin.

  Pros

  Right after using Step 1, I noticed my sebum softening and dead skin cells dissolving, with little bits coming up on the bridge of my nose! It was so satisfying to wipe it off with a cotton swab. While using Step 2, I could feel my pores tightening. After trying it out, I was amazed at how much cleaner my nose looked compared to before! The mask material was super smooth, causing no irritation, and it adhered perfectly to my nose without any lifting. I was really pleased! The mask was also packed with plenty of liquid essence, so I made sure to use every last drop by patting the remaining product into my skin after removing the mask.

  Cons

  I have super sensitive skin, but so far I haven't found any downsides while using this product.

  Tip

  For even better results, try opening up your pores with a warm, steamy towel before applying the mask. This could be a game-changer for oily skin types dealing with those pesky blackheads in summer. With regular use, I think it could really help keep your skin clear!

  Skin Type: Combination <Oily (T-zone), Slightly Dry (cheeks, eye area, etc.)>, Mildly Sensitive skin Product Form + User Experience: Step 1: Semi-transparent white color, extra-large wide nose pack! It's made of cellulose sheet, so it adheres like jelly. Usually, nose packs tend to lift at the edges, but this one adheres well, including the butterfly zone, without any lifting. It effectively softens sebum! After softening, the included black cotton swab removes sebum well. (Of course, deep-seated sebum still requires extraction.) Step 2: It's very thin, so it also adheres well, providing a great user experience! It's cooling and contains a lot of essence, making it great to pat in the remaining amount after removing the nose pack for extra absorption. Ingredients + Irritation Level: My skin tends to get itchy, red, or develop blemishes if I use the wrong cosmetics, but it's not extremely sensitive, so most products are fine. I used this product without any irritation or blemishes. There's a slight burning and tingling sensation at first. If you have super sensitive skin, please check the ingredients carefully before use!

  Scent: Since it's a nose pack sheet that sticks to your nose, I was a bit worried about the scent. There seems to be a faint scent that might be polarizing for some. It's not strong enough to be bothersome. There aren't many downsides, but I'm mentioning this as a potential concern.

  Note: I used it on my forehead, nose, and chin! The sheet is large, so it's also good for those with oily T-zones to use on the forehead and chin!

  I've only used peel-off nose packs before, but this dissolving type is a game-changer! It's a whole new world. Not just for the nose, but it extends to the butterfly zone, allowing for comprehensive care in one go. I love how the nose part has many slits for a snug fit. First, you apply the sebum softening sheet for 20 minutes. When you remove it, those blackheads are transformed into white sebum plugs, practically waving hello! Oh wow... I wish my stubborn bumps would pop out this easily too. Gently wipe with the included cotton swab and extractor, and you're done! No irritation, no blemishes, and my nose is as white as ivory. It's amazing and I'm loving it. As if that wasn't enough, after rinsing, you apply the water gel sheet that hydrates, soothes, and moisturizes. It feels like a complete professional treatment. My nose is absolutely spotless! With four packs included, using it once or twice a week could keep your nose clean for a month. I think I'll gift this to anyone I see with visible pores on their nose!

  While I'm satisfied with how clean it gets, it starts to darken again after about 3 days. So it might be best to use it once a week. Since there's no irritation, it seems like you could use it frequently

While peel-off nose packs were once trendy, nowadays, formulas that soften and dissolve sebum are all the rage, and I've been using them regularly. The sebum-dissolving first step has a jelly-like texture similar to the I× nose pack I usually use. It adheres well to the nose, including rounded areas like the nostrils and nose tip, without any gaps - very satisfying. It's longer than standard nose packs, allowing it to dissolve sebum over a wider area, making it even more effective. ✔️ How to use: Apply the first step to dissolve sebum, then wipe away the loosened sebum with the included cotton swab. After a quick cleanse, apply the second step to refine the pores. ✔️ Price: Based on Hwahae's discounted price, it's about 8000 won for 4 packs, which is very affordable compared to similar types of nose packs.

  Cons

  ✔️ The only downside was that there's only one cotton swab included per pack, which felt a bit insufficient. It would be better if there were two swabs per pack.

  Pros

  I usually prefer using pore softeners over nose packs, but I got to try the Shuring nose pack thanks to The Hwahae Testers! First off, it's more convenient to use than pore softeners, which is great. Surprisingly, the first step has a soft gel texture that adheres really well to the skin. I also loved that it covers not just the nose but the butterfly zone too! The second step feels refreshing and seems to tighten the pores even more effectively. Overall, I was very satisfied!

  Cons

  It seems to take a bit longer than expected to soften and remove blackheads effectively. Also, I found using a device works better than cotton swabs for application.

  Tip

  I recommend using the second step cold for best results. Personally, I also applied a pore-care ampoule as a final step.

  Used from July 11 to July 19, 2024 Impression: I really liked how smooth and soft this nose pack was. It adhered well and didn't slide off! Skin Sensitivity: Even with my sensitive skin, it effectively drew out sebum without causing irritation. Texture: The pack's essence had a watery consistency. The sheet felt thoroughly soaked in essence. Scent: There wasn't any particular fragrance, just a subtle cosmetic scent.

  Cons

  While it wasn't irritating and felt good, I noticed about three small blemishes on my nose by the evening after using it in the afternoon. That was a bit disappointing.

  Tip

  This seems great for tackling blackheads in summer! Although a few small blemishes appeared, there was absolutely no irritation. As someone with super sensitive skin, I was worried, but it gently removed sebum without any issues.

  As the weather gets hotter, I was really worried about blackheads and pores. I've always used peel-off nose packs, but I'm satisfied with this shrink nose pack. The cellulose sheet adheres so well, and I love that the size covers the butterfly zone too. After it melted, I was shocked to see how well it lifted the sebum! It works even better when used after a shower. I keep the second step refrigerated, which makes it feel more refreshing and seems to help with pore tightening even more!

  I did feel a slight tingling sensation, probably due to the exfoliating ingredients. When trying to remove the lifted sebum, I noticed some skin peeling if I rubbed too hard, so you definitely shouldn't be too rough with it.

  If you have an ultrasonic exfoliator, try using it together with this pack! It's much less irritating and gently removes sebum. For those with sensitive skin, it's best to use this pack a day or two after exfoliating!
