When my skin feels super dehydrated, I layer both the serum and a body emulsion - it leaves my skin incredibly moisturized! While dryness isn't much of an issue now in summer, I'd definitely recommend trying the body serum + emulsion combo during winter months!

While body emulsions are great for hydration, I really dislike that slippery feeling. What I love about this serum-type product is that it doesn't leave that slick residue. It absorbs well and quickly too! Each pump dispenses enough product to cover an entire arm, which is great. Another plus is the generous volume, so you can use it liberally without worrying about running out. Even though it's almost summer and I tend to skip body emulsions, I find myself reaching for this serum regularly!

I think it works better when applied to slightly damp skin. After showering, instead of drying off completely, leave a bit of moisture on your skin for best results.

The packaging could be improved. You need to press the puff to dispense the product, which was a bit inconvenient. The puff seems a bit short.

I have sensitive, dry skin prone to atopic dermatitis.

It absorbs well without stickiness, but this is limited to smooth areas like the back, arms, and legs. If you massage it in circular motions, you can maintain moisturized skin for a long time.

Price: Compared to products I've used before, the price is quite aggressive...

Not recommended for dry skin: Even when I used it in summer, it felt lacking in hydration, so I had to apply multiple layers. It would be even more insufficient in winter... This is a moisturizing body product I'd recommend for those with oily skin!

Formula: A non-sticky, runny serum texture for the body. Body emulsions can be too light, and body oils too heavy, but this body serum seems to combine the best of both worlds.

Fragrance: If you're a fan of citrus scents, you'll love this licorice-like aroma! Massaging with this is like a healing session!

This product seems perfect for summer use because of its fresh finish! It might be a bit drying for winter though. Finding the right body product for hot and humid summers can be challenging, but I think this would be great to apply during those months!

The texture feels like a blend between a serum and an oil. It glides on smoothly, but once you rub it in, that slippery feeling disappears as it absorbs well into the skin. Usually, when you apply body products like emulsions, creams, or oils, they leave a moist or damp feeling, right? And when you put clothes on afterwards, it can feel a bit clammy. But this product doesn't do that at all. It just absorbs completely into the skin without leaving any sticky residue!

The scent is quite neutral, with a slight hint of what I'd call a 'dad's skincare' fragrance. The scent might be polarizing - some people might find it refreshing. Personally, I don't absolutely love it, but I don't dislike it either.

I'd like to point out any issues if there were any, but after using it consistently for two weeks, right up until now, I haven't found any problems yet.

Skin type: My whole body is dry

Why I tried this product:
After I started shaving my arms, I kept getting these little sebum plugs that would pop out when squeezed. 
Exfoliating helped a bit, but I always had to moisturize after, and when I applied emulsion, it got worse again. But not exfoliating led to the same result.. No matter what emulsion I used, they kept appearing, and as you can see in the photo, squeezing left scars.

I was looking for a body essence, but I heard Skinfood's was too oily, so I hesitated to try it. Then I won this product in an event!

To cut to the chase! It's super comfortable to use all over the body even in summer. While it didn't completely prevent blemishes on my arms, it was more comfortable than emulsion and I could apply it generously without issues. As you can see in the photo, the marks have faded a lot and you can barely see any sebum plugs! By stopping the emulsion and finding a different moisturizing alternative, my blemishes have reduced significantly, and I'm finally seeing the effects of the ointment I've been using for a while ㅋㅋㅜㅜ

- Texture
It feels like a thin serum! The hydration is just right, and I even apply it to my feet and hands.

- Absorption
It absorbs quickly into my skin with no residue at all.
Even though my body is dry, I don't get extreme flakiness like some others with very dry skin. I only get a bit of white flaking if I don't use emulsion for a few days.. So it might absorb well for that reason, but it's not sticky or viscous at all.

- Scent
I like it. It fades quickly anyway and it's a subtle fragrance, so even those sensitive to scents can use it.

- I intend to purchase it.
If I run out, I think I'll miss how it feels when I use it.

If you use a large amount at once, it can create a slight foam. However, this isn't really an issue once it absorbs, so honestly, I wouldn't even consider it a drawback.

When you think of body serums, it's easy to imagine greasy oil formulas or sticky hydrating textures, but I was pleased that this product wasn't like that at all. It's a hydrating formula that absorbs well without feeling heavy. It could be a great alternative for those who find body emulsions too rich. Being a body product, it comes in a generous size, making it easy to use liberally. While it has a distinct scent, I liked that it doesn't linger on the skin after application.

For dry areas, apply some serum first, then layer on the emulsion again for extra hydration.

The scent was a bit disappointing... It smells like my father's aftershave. Thankfully, the fragrance dissipates quickly. Also, it might be a tad drying if used alone during winter.

First off, I was thrilled when it arrived because the packaging is so pretty! The texture is light and perfect for summer use. It's hydrating and best of all, it doesn't stain your clothes!

The only downside is that it doesn't deeply hydrate already thickened skin or penetrate to the deeper layers. Despite this, it's still a great product for everyday use without any burden.

My skin is naturally very dry, so much so that in winter I have to apply both oil and emulsion to prevent cracking. However, in summer, my sebum production increases, leading to blemishes if I moisturize, but dryness and tightness if I don't. It was really stressful. 

But this serum exceeded my expectations! It's incredibly hydrating with a unique texture that's thicker than emulsions or creams, yet applies smoothly. It absorbs quickly without feeling heavy, making it perfect for mornings! I used to skip morning application due to long absorption times, but this one is fast-absorbing and doesn't leave any residue, making it super convenient.

Now, my routine is body mist + body serum in the morning, and I add targeted oil application in the evening. I've noticed my rough, dark areas like knees and elbows becoming softer and brighter. I've been focusing on treating keratosis pilaris recently, and this serum seems to be enhancing the effects. 

The scent has a slight dermo-brand characteristic, but it's subtle and fades quickly, not bothersome at all.

The formula didn't cause any irritation or blemishes for me. While I didn't apply it to my face or back, it worked well on other areas. The Hwahae Testers would likely appreciate its gentle nature on sensitive skin.

❗️Texture: It's a slightly viscous serum that feels a bit sticky when applied. The sticky feeling does dissipate once it's absorbed and dried.

✨Scent: It has a slightly masculine skincare scent, perhaps reminiscent of cologne. I personally enjoyed it. The fragrance is strong when first applied, but becomes subtler afterwards - you'd need to put your nose close to smell it.
