Skin Type Combination / Sensitive Usage Duration 2+ times Reason for Purchase I was looking for something that could provide both hydration and soothing effects for my skin. I trusted the Dalba brand and decided to buy their modeling mask. For at-home care products, ease of use is crucial, and I found the single-use kit format very convenient. Positive Points 1. Individually packaged for convenient use 2. Includes both serum and cream, allowing for complete care before and after masking 3. Ready-to-use formula, unlike traditional modeling masks, reducing preparation time 4. Skin feels instantly moisturized and calmed after use Even with a busy lifestyle, I'm satisfied that I can enjoy a special care experience. This all-in-one kit made me realize how effortless home skincare can be! The drying time can be a bit long, which might be inconvenient on busy days Perfect for travel or business trips - you can enjoy a spa-like experience even in your hotel room - dm********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedMay 26, 2025
Using a sheet mask followed by the Dalba modeling mask really boosts hydration! My skin feels incredibly firm and supple! The scent might be a bit polarizing for some. However, I'm extremely satisfied with the product itself! - kh*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedMay 1, 2025
This premium home care item used in 5-star hotel spas, the Dalba modeling mask, might be a bit of a hassle, but it always leaves me 200% satisfied! Plus, it's from Dalba, the hydration champion and number one in the mist world! As expected, this modeling mask is a moisture and nourishment powerhouse! The moment you apply it, you feel a refreshing cooling effect and incredible hydration - WOW, this is it! It spreads easily, and since it's a serum & cream formula rather than a powder mix type, there's no clumping❌ or excess powder❌! Just squeeze it into a bowl, stir, and apply to your face - that's it! With the weather getting warmer, the coolness and hydration you feel right after applying is like experiencing nirvana! After 20-30 minutes, when it's dry, you peel it off - and oh, the satisfaction of it coming off smoothly in one go! The amazing part is that not only does your skin feel nourished deep down, but the surface is also silky smooth and glowing, as if you've just applied an oil serum! It's like the beloved White Truffle Serum Mist has been sealed into your skin with this rubber mask, locking in all that moisture and nourishment. It's the most hydrating modeling mask I've ever tried - a non-drying, bouncy moisture mask! It's so exciting to see how not just sheet masks, but modeling masks and cosmetics in general are evolving. I'm over the moon! While I loved all the effective aspects, I let my guard down and it hardened quickly, forming clumps in no time. I recommend applying it as fast as possible after mixing! I've found that rubber masks work best on days when you've had extractions or sensitive treatments. Rather than using it on days when you have many blemishes or excess oil, it's better to apply it coolly on days when your skin has experienced a lot of irritation. - je*************Combination SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesRednessRecommendedApr 28, 2025
After using this, my complexion brightens up significantly and I haven't had any blemishes since I started using it! At first, I didn't see results and my skin even seemed to get a bit red, but with consistent use, my skin became incredibly smooth... Not a single pimple! Now, after using this, I wake up the next day with baby-soft skin. When you first use it, there's a bit of redness that appears, but if you keep at it, it's amazing! You need to vigorously stir it for about 2 minutes as if you're doing an intense arm workout! - bu*********Combination SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedMar 30, 2025
1. Easy to use - Most modeling masks on the market are powder types, which I've always used. This one, however, comes as a pre-made pack where you mix part 1 and 2, making it incredibly convenient. Powder types are a hassle, always having to check if there's enough powder left and constantly mixing. This product blends smoothly and quickly - it's at least 10 times easier to use. 2. No water adjustment needed - I think the trickiest part of using modeling masks is getting the water ratio right. That's why I recommend this product for beginners. You just mix parts 1 and 2, so there's no need to adjust the water. You can always achieve a consistent quality mask. 3. Ample amount even for larger faces - I have a fairly large face, but there was more than enough product to apply a thick layer all over without running out. 4. Deep hydration from within - There's a slight cooling effect. Unlike other products where the cooling seems to come from the product itself, this one feels like it's hydrating from deep within the skin. My skin feels incredibly moisturized both during and after use. 5. Less residue - With powder types, the thinly applied areas often stick and are hard to remove, requiring rubbing with toner-soaked cotton pads, which can irritate the skin. This product, even when set, has a jelly-like texture that leaves less residue. Even if some remains, it feels like slime and can be easily removed without irritation just by gently rubbing with your fingers. 6. Soft skin until the next morning - The soft, supple skin effect lasts until the next morning! 1. Price - For someone like me who uses modeling masks frequently and in large quantities, the price might be a bit steep. It comes with 4 packs for a month, meant to be used once a week. Due to this, I might save it for travel (the compact size would be perfect) or for special occasions. 2. Mild cooling effect - While there is a cooling effect when applied, it's not very strong. This might be disappointing for those who prefer a more intense cooling sensation. - yo********Dry SkinInner DrynessMar 20, 2025
All formulations are liquid, so there's no excess powder flying around, making it easy to mix. Compared to other modeling masks, it lacks hydration. I've never had a bad reaction to skincare before, but while using this mask, my face started tingling and my skin completely broke out. - wl*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinWrinkles/ElasticityRednessRecommendedMar 5, 2025
I bought this modeling mask to provide hydration to my suddenly dry skin :) With so many great single-use modeling masks available these days, I was unsure what to choose. But I remembered really liking Dalba's mist, so I picked this one! The single-use amount can't be divided for multiple uses - once you open it, you need to use it all at once. If left after opening, it would probably harden and become unusable. There's no separate mixing bowl, but I just mixed the two parts together in the packet of part 1, which worked perfectly. It was deeper than I expected, making it just right >_< The included spatula can be washed and reused! Since it's a modeling mask with nourishing ampoules, my face had a noticeable glow after use ☺️ I recommend buying the set package rather than individual single-use products, as it's more cost-effective. The price point might be a bit high for frequent use. Apply it thicker around the edges than you might expect, and it will peel off smoothly! - me********Normal SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 10, 2025
I've been using modeling masks long before they became popular, and back then, the ones I used weren't particularly expensive (there weren't many high-end products on the market anyway). However, these days, perhaps due to increased interest in skincare, we're seeing pricier modeling masks even in places like Olive Young. I was quite satisfied with my usual modeling mask (less than 1000 won per use when bought in bulk), so I kept putting off buying a more expensive product (over 3500 won per use). Finally, I decided to splurge on the d'Alba modeling mask. To cut to the chase, I think it's worth the money. The fact that you don't need to adjust the water ratio is a huge plus for beginners. While this isn't an issue for me due to my experience, it's still incredibly convenient. Also, the mask stays incredibly hydrating even as it sets. It's so moisturizing that you might question if 'setting' is the right word. This is where I understood why expensive masks are expensive. It doesn't just stop at being hydrating - true to its name, it delivers noticeable hydration and soothing effects. I especially recommend using it when your skin is acting up, as the soothing effect is remarkable. Having tried both the green and yellow versions, I didn't notice much difference in how they feel, so I'd recommend just buying whichever is on sale. The high price point seems unavoidable. The regular price is about 10,000 won per use, which feels a bit excessive. It might be best to purchase when it's on sale or as part of a special offer, ideally in the 5,000 to 6,000 won range. - kz********Normal SkinRecommendedJan 29, 2025
The mask is easily prepared by simply mixing the liquid components 1 and 2. It feels refreshingly cool upon application and provides excellent hydration. The price point is a bit on the higher side, which is somewhat disappointing. Other than that, I don't have any particular complaints. - ky******Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJan 14, 2025
Review for combination, sensitive skin types: I bought this during an Olive Young sale as a set with a bowl and stick for modeling masks. It's great because it's easy to clean and allows for quick application of modeling masks. While it may not provide deep hydration, it does give a sense of nourishment to dry, flaky skin. The mask is easy to remove, and there's no need for additional cleansing - just pat in the remaining essence for absorption, and you're done! I haven't noticed any significant drawbacks yet. If I had to mention something, it would be that you need to spread it quickly before it sets, which can make you feel a bit rushed. While results may vary depending on skin type, I find that applying a product from the 'leader' line (which aids in ingredient absorption) before the mask seems to enhance the absorption process.
