When I apply it, it really gives a radiant look, not too dark or too bright - just the perfect 19 shade. I only needed a small amount and it covered well.   The coverage wasn't too bad at all! It did a great job of covering redness. And even though it's a matte formula, it felt moisturizing and refreshing when applied, then transitioned to a matte finish after a little while! It also seemed to have a calming effect???
