I loved how it absorbs well with a smooth application, without any stickiness. There's no white cast, and while it doesn't leave a greasy shine, it does give a subtle glow after it's fully absorbed. It's more of a true glow rather than oiliness. In the hand photo, the right side is where I applied the product, and the left is bare skin. You can see a slight brightening effect and a subtle glow. I usually dislike products that feel greasy or sticky because they make my hair stick to my face, but this one sinks in nicely while still providing hydration, which I really appreciate.
ConsWhile I initially liked this baby product for its good ingredients and the subtle brightening and glow that suited my taste, we ran into some issues. I had my second child apply it on their face and use the excess on their arms. Unfortunately, that evening when we got home, I noticed a rash of small bumps on their face and arms. The reaction was more severe on the face and milder on the arms. My child usually plays in the sun and gets quite tanned, and we've never had issues with their previous sunscreen, even with generous application. I can't say for certain what caused this reaction or if it's related to something else, but since the allergic reaction started the day we used this product, I couldn't continue using it. The dermatologist said it could be due to the sunscreen or possibly a sun allergy, so we've stopped using it for now. Please keep this in mind when trying the product.
TipAs with all skincare products, it's a good idea to do an allergy test before full application. It's particularly puzzling because my second child usually isn't picky about products, so having an allergic reaction was quite unexpected and troubling.
