I previously used Papa Recipe's powder cleanser, but it had some undissolved bits like walnut pieces that were too harsh on my skin, so I tossed it. This one, however, dissolves completely in water. When you massage it in, it creates a gentle, irritation-free lather without any residue! The scent isn't so much fig as it is reminiscent of those old Bio candies - you know, the strawberry flavor? It's like strawberry milk - I love it! Also, when I use this to cleanse before applying makeup, it seems to help my makeup go on more smoothly.
ConsAs you can see in the photo, it does leave some residue around the opening. While it's not inadequate as a cleanser, I wonder if the lather is really as dramatic as they claim? Is the dead skin cell removal really more effective than using a toner pad for gentle exfoliation? I'm not entirely convinced...
TipStill, I like using it before applying makeup as it helps my makeup adhere better, and the pleasant fragrance makes cleansing enjoyable!

At first, I thought the scent might be too strong, but as I continued using it, it seemed alright. Ever since enzyme cleansers became popular in Japan (feels like ages ago... sigh), they've been known for their effectiveness, right? This product also does a great job at removing dead skin cells and leaving skin feeling soft - the immediate results are impressive. However, if you're sensitive to fragrances, you might want to steer clear of this one!
ConsThe fragrance is quite strong. While the scent itself is pleasant, its intensity might be a hit or miss for some people.
TipI've been using it about once a week

Some cleansers can be too harsh, but this one has just the right feel. I also appreciated that the scent wasn't too artificial.
ConsI knew powder cleansers generally have weaker cleansing effectiveness, but this seems unsuitable for removing makeup. However, it's perfect for morning cleansing or as a second step in double cleansing!

My skin is sensitive and combination dehydrated, so it's crucial to create a good lather when using it. The texture is typical for an enzyme powder wash, but I noticed the scent was quite strong. It dissolves quickly, making it easier to use, and impressively, it left my skin feeling less tight after cleansing compared to other products. The cleansing effectiveness was also satisfactory.
ConsIt's rather ordinary. I couldn't really tell the difference between this and other powder washes. I'm not sure if there's a compelling reason to choose this product specifically.
TipFor dead skin cell care, try mixing it well in a bowl and applying it like a mask before gently massaging it on your skin.

The fragrance was not as artificial as most cleansers, so I really liked it. I've been seeing powder cleansers on YouTube lately and I wanted to try them, and I'm very satisfied! The lather is good and there is less irritation!! And it's moisturizing, and the uneven texture has visibly improved. I think I'll repurchase it once I've used it all up. 👍👍
ConsWhen I used it for my second cleansing, I didn't feel like the cleansing power was that great, even though it was very moisturizing.
TipIn the morning or before applying makeup, it is used. The exfoliation is also somewhat done, so the makeup applies well. When dissolved slowly in lukewarm water, it also lathers well. I recommend using it on days when you only apply a light sunscreen or when your skin feels too dry from using other cleansing products.👍👍

My skin is a combination of acne-prone, enlarged pores, and super sensitive - basically, it's ultra-delicate. But I'm incredibly satisfied with this. It creates a rich lather, applies gently without irritation, and leaves my skin feeling clean and fresh - it's a total win! Recently, I've been mixing it with my regular cleansing foam, and oh my goodness, my skin feels so soft and smooth - it's truly amazing! While I can't really detect the fig scent, the fragrance is still lovely.
ConsWell, as an enzyme powder enthusiast, I'm completely satisfied, so I don't have any complaints!

I was equally impressed by the gentle, dense lather that didn't leave my skin feeling tight. The overall experience was simply delightful. I typically use enzyme cleansers two to three times a week. After using this product for two weeks, I noticed it did an exceptional job of refining sebum and dead skin cells, leaving my complexion feeling as soft and clear as baby skin! I knew I'm From was a skincare gem, but for their cleanser to be this good feels almost unfair!
ConsI wouldn't particularly recommend this to those with severe, painful blemishes or already weakened skin barriers. While I personally found this product to be very gentle with minimal irritation, enzyme cleansers in general can potentially make sensitive skin more delicate and reactive when the skin barrier is compromised. For this reason, I suggest using not just this product, but any enzyme cleanser very gently - perhaps just with the foam, or limiting use to once a week or two to three times a month. How do I know this? Well, I've been through it all myself...
TipFor best results with enzyme cleansers, make sure to dissolve the product thoroughly. Instead of immediately massaging the foam onto your skin, let it sit for 1-2 minutes to allow it to break down sebum and dead skin cells effectively. Give it a try and experience the transformation to silky-smooth skin!

As someone with dry skin, it's perfect for my morning cleanse. Just a small amount mixed with a few drops of water creates a nice lather, and I love the pleasant scent - the previous one was unscented. The powder quickly turns into a liquid, so it's not inconvenient to use. After cleansing, my skin feels soft and there's minimal tightness. Lately, my skin's been so dry that it feels tight immediately if I don't apply toner right after washing, but this cleanser really helps with that. It seems gentle as I haven't experienced any blemishes. However, I didn't notice much effect on existing blemishes, which is slightly disappointing. But apart from that, I'm very pleased overall. Oh, and this might be TMI, but out of all the products I applied for, this was the one I wanted to win the most. I was thrilled when I actually got it!
ConsThe only drawback is that its effect on calming existing blemishes was minimal, but I'm satisfied otherwise.

I initially thought the undissolved granules might provide an exfoliating effect, but it seems the secret to its gentle cleansing power lies in the enzymes. For a product that's so gentle, it's impressive how well it removes excess sebum. The subtle fig fragrance during cleansing was a pleasant bonus that lifted my mood.
ConsControlling the powder amount was a bit challenging. While this is likely an inherent drawback of the container design, it could be problematic if a large amount spills onto wet hands. As a man, I only needed to worry about how well it removed sunscreen, but after reading reviews, it seems those who wear color cosmetics found the cleansing power slightly lacking. However, for general sebum control, it was more than adequate.
TipBased on other users' reviews, using a foam net can create an even richer lather. While I could feel the dense, creamy texture when lathering with just my hands, using a tool to create more abundant foam might make the cleansing process even more effective.

The best part was the fragrance. It perfectly captures the aroma of peach skin, making me feel fantastic every time I washed my face. It's not artificial at all, more like holding a real peach up to your nose. The scent alone makes it worth recommending. Cleansing effectiveness This was about average. It didn't completely remove eye makeup, but it did a good job of cleansing everything else cleanly. Dryness As someone with dry skin, I don't like feeling tight after washing, and this cleanser didn't do that, so I was satisfied. Lather The lather? It wasn't particularly rich, but average. However, it wasn't lacking either, so I'm content. Portability Another plus is its portability. It's small and light, making it perfect for travel! I usually prefer powder cleansers for trips, so this aspect also pleased me.
ConsIf you prioritize a rich lather, you might find this a bit disappointing. In that case, using a foam net might be a good solution.
