The foam is incredibly soft and gentle. It's perfect for a light morning cleanse and does a great job of gently removing dead skin cells. After using it, my face feels smooth and supple without any tightness, which is so satisfying. I haven't noticed any drawbacks yet. I'm using it comfortably without any issues. I tend to use it in two ways: first, for a gentle morning cleanse where I work up a rich lather, and second, for a mild double cleanse after wearing makeup or sunscreen. It's effective at removing products without being harsh on the skin. - pi********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 22, 2025
I was never really a fan of cleansing powders because of the excess powder flying around. I was also too lazy to exfoliate regularly, so I was torn between this and the Papa Recipe product before deciding to buy it. It was also ranked #1 on the Hwahae app. First off, I was pleased that unlike other brands, this one has a wide opening. With damp hands, I could work up a good lather and roll it over my face. It cleansed well and wasn't irritating, which I really liked. As I mentioned above, I think it's inevitable that cleansing powders from any brand, not just I'm From, will have some powder flying around. So it feels a bit odd to call this a downside, but honestly, apart from the powder issue, I can't find a single thing to complain about. - k.****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedJun 19, 2025
It cleanses thoroughly with a squeaky-clean feeling, without overly drying out my skin. I really like that! It's challenging to control the amount dispensed, so sometimes I end up pouring out too much... - as*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedJun 18, 2025
I'm currently on my second bottle, and it seems to be doing a great job at removing dead skin cells and refining my skin texture. After use, my skin feels incredibly soft. When used as a mask, I can really feel my skin becoming smoother and more supple. Surprisingly, there's quite a lot of product in the bottle, so it lasts for over a month, nearly two! It's much less drying than a cleansing foam, has great cleansing effectiveness, and does an excellent job at removing dead skin cells and regulating sebum - I love it! The granules aren't super fine, so make sure to dissolve them well to avoid irritation. However, you can also use it with slightly less dissolved granules for a more exfoliating effect! It's a bit disappointing that you can't see how much product is left in the bottle, but aside from that, I don't have any major complaints! I love mixing it with water to create a thick consistency and using it as a mask - it leaves my skin feeling baby-soft! You do need to use quite a bit of product, but thankfully there's plenty in the bottle, so no need to worry! - tw********Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedJun 17, 2025
1. Gentle on the skin - Even when massaging the face, the particles quickly dissolve, resulting in virtually no irritation. 2. Improves skin texture - I started using this when my acne was spreading on my cheeks and temples due to dead skin cell buildup. It effectively removed dead skin cells without being too harsh, improving my skin texture without damaging the skin barrier. 3. Reasonable price - I bought it during a Hwahae sale, and the price-to-performance ratio makes me want to repurchase. 4. Enhances the effectiveness of skincare products - By helping remove dead skin cells, it allows other products to work more effectively. When I had dead skin buildup, nothing seemed to work. 1. If you prefer a more intense scrubbing sensation or expect immediate results from a single use, you might be disappointed. 2. The fig scent might be off-putting for some. (Having experienced uncontrollable acne due to a damaged skin barrier, I chose this gentle product for daily morning use) My routine: 1. Use about a 50-won coin sized amount of powder, work into a lather, and cleanse 2. Apply a small amount of low molecular weight hyaluronic acid serum 3. Spray a gentle, water-like toner (in a mist bottle) and allow it to fully absorb, repeating 5 times 4. Lightly apply a sebum-controlling ampoule 5. Finish with a thin layer of ceramide gel cream The key is creating pathways for hydration through gentle exfoliation, then focusing on soothing, hydrating, and controlling oil production. Consistently following steps 1-5 resulted in a significant improvement in my acne-prone skin, transforming it into relatively healthy skin. It seems the best approach is to strengthen the skin first, then introduce more potent, antioxidant-rich skincare products. - je*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedJun 17, 2025
My face didn't feel tight after cleansing, which was great! It doesn't seem to lather up very well. It's like it's missing that satisfying cleansing sensation, if you know what I mean. The granules can be irritating if they directly touch your face, so make sure to thoroughly dissolve them in your hands before gently massaging your face. - yu******Combination SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedJun 16, 2025
It's my first time using this, and I'm impressed! It's gentle on the skin while still providing excellent cleansing effectiveness. If you have super sensitive skin, be careful not to rub too vigorously as it might cause irritation. - ym********Combination SkinInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedJun 12, 2025
This is a review after using up the entire bottle. You can use it without any irritation. It's great for morning cleansing, and its cleansing effectiveness is quite good. Apart from wishing there was a bit more product, I have no complaints. It's a great product. You can reduce cleansing irritation by using a sufficient amount and lathering it well. - je****Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJun 1, 2025
I scored an amazing deal on Hwahae (buy one, get one free)! I'm From is famous for their enzyme powder cleanser and exfoliator, but the price was so wicked I couldn't justify buying it until now. Finally got the chance to try it out! They've done a redesign - the container color changed from white to purple! The powder itself has a fine, smooth texture. It quickly lathers up when you mix it with water. For exfoliation, I recommend working up a lather on your face with just a little bit of product. After rinsing, you can really feel how soft your skin becomes. It's like your skin texture has improved. Some people might say it doesn't rinse off completely, though! The scent is a lovely, subtle fig fragrance. The hallmarks of enzyme powder cleansers are their ability to improve acne-prone skin, enhance skin texture, and leave your skin feeling hydrated after use! I'm super satisfied with how this product feels, so I definitely recommend it! It might be a bit hard to justify buying at full price, but just stock up during sales! For exfoliation, don't rub too much - use a small amount and quickly work it over your face. - ri*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedMay 30, 2025
I chose this enzyme powder because it's great. It gives my skin a beautiful glow. You should definitely try it! There's nothing to dislike about this product. Trust in the enzymes and give it a try. The buy-one-get-one-free deal makes it even better! Gently massage it onto your face, leave it for a bit, then rinse off. You'll notice a radiant complexion afterward.
