The skin type is acne, combination, and porous. The formula itself is really watery! It's the kind of serum that has no viscosity at all, so there's almost no stickiness and it feels a bit distant from moisturizing!! I haven't noticed any significant effects on exfoliating yet... Since I have acne-prone skin, whether or not I get acne is the most important thing, and it doesn't seem to have much of an effect on acne, so it was okay to use it lightly! I'm not dry, but as I've gotten older, my oiliness has decreased a lot, but since I have acne-prone skin, I absolutely can't use rich, moisturizing creams. So I just finish with a light lotion, but if I do toner + this serum + lotion 3 times, it does get dry pretty quickly. So for dry skin types, it would be good to apply it with thorough moisturizing! Looking at the description, it seems like it's recommended to put a damp cotton pad on top, but I don't think there will be much irritation even if you do that. This product is a runny type that fills in a bit of moisture when applied, so it's great as the first step after cleansing. The most satisfying part was the moderate exfoliation it provided. I used to have reddish skin around my nose that would get flaky, especially in the winter, no matter how much moisturizer I used, but that problem disappeared after using this product. Even stubborn small blemishes like milia that wouldn't go away before were cleared up around my nose.
