I'm not a fan of jar packaging, but I guess it's unavoidable with a balm formula. They provide a spatula, but it's a bit disappointing that it's hard to store it properly on the plastic lid. Also, it's a bit tricky to control the amount you use, so I tend to use more than necessary. Other than that, everything else is fine!

First off, the cleansing effectiveness is amazing. I used to use a separate eye makeup remover, but this dissolves even mascara, so now I complete my first cleanse with just this product. I bought it because it's supposed to clean pores, and when I use it, I can feel the sebum dissolving and coming out in little grains! After using it, I can see that some blackheads have actually dissolved. I switched to this cleansing balm from cleansing gel because oils gave me blemishes, and it's so much more convenient that I think I'll stick with it!

As many of you may already know, a little goes a long way with this product. You don't need to use a large amount for effective cleansing and massage. After massaging it in, try emulsifying with a bit of lukewarm water on your hands for an even more thorough and clean cleansing experience.

When rolling it, instead of melting smoothly, it forms clumps that require a bit more rolling to slowly dissolve.

So I decided to stick to a thorough double cleanse and bought this product. I have a lot of blemishes on my T-zone and nose area, but when I gently massage this in, I can feel them coming out. The cleansing effectiveness is great! Above all, I loved that it didn't irritate my super sensitive skin.
