For those with skin similar to mine... I have combination dehydrated skin, no particular blemishes, smooth skin with visible pores like orange peel. The texture is a semi-transparent, moist, bouncy gel-cream. It's a cool blue color that looks refreshing! The scent is mild, not overpowering like some cosmetics. There's a slight floral fragrance, but it's almost unnoticeable - close to unscented. I'm really satisfied with how it absorbs. It doesn't leave an oily residue and applies smoothly to the skin. No pilling, and it completely eliminates deep dryness. It's great at night before bed, but in the morning, especially in this hot weather, it can feel a bit rich right before heading out. Just be mindful of that. What I personally love most is that the lid has a built-in spatula holder! Usually with jar products, the spatula just comes loose in the box, but this one can be attached to the jar! It's so hygienic and convenient. To be honest, I haven't seen pores truly improve with skincare products. I've tried countless pore-related products without much effect. I'll need to use this one longer, but after 2-3 days, I haven't noticed any significant difference. Try keeping it in the fridge and applying it cold. On hot summer days, it feels so nice going on cool and absorbing well into the skin. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinAug 2, 2024
- It's not too heavy but provides enough hydration, making it perfect for summer use! - They say it helps cool down your face, and whether it's just a placebo or not, it really feels soothing when used on hot summer days! - It doesn't cause blemishes, keeps skin moisturized without making it greasy! - Everything's great except for one critical flaw... After applying this and using a cushion foundation, by afternoon the makeup starts to pill around the edges of my face, like it's coming off in bits. - It's supposed to be good for pore tightening, but as expected, I didn't notice any significant changes (though I think it's greedy to expect too much, and just lowering skin temperature is enough). - The packaging is inconvenient. The texture is close to a gel, but it's in a cream jar, so you have to unscrew the lid, scoop it out with a spatula, then close it again - it's a hassle. It would have been more hygienic and convenient if it came in a pump or tube form. I use something more moisturizing in the evening, and this in the morning! While there is a bit of pilling with cushion foundations, when used in hot summer weather, it gives a cooling sensation that makes you feel like your skin temperature is going down! - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinAug 2, 2024
As someone with oily skin that sweats a lot and has small pores, I'm prone to blemishes and tiny bumps due to my sensitive skin and makeup-heavy job. I'm always careful about my skincare products. This one has won me over with its color and texture - I find myself using it daily! It feels like a soothing gel that calms my skin when applied. I love that it comes with a spatula when you open the lid, showing attention to detail. I apply it generously at night after toner, especially on areas with tiny bumps. The next morning, my skin has an amazing glow, and makeup seems to apply better. While it might seem heavy for summer use, I keep it in the fridge, and it works perfectly for me. As someone sensitive to fragrances in skincare, I'm pleased that this product has only a subtle, barely noticeable floral scent. If applied too thickly, it feels a bit heavy and might potentially clog pores. Other than that, I haven't found any drawbacks yet. As mentioned earlier, for summer use, I recommend storing it in the refrigerator and applying it like a mask during your nighttime skincare routine. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAug 2, 2024
Texture: A medium-consistency blue cream, neither too runny nor too thick. Irritation: No notable irritation experienced. Scent: A slightly cool, refreshing fragrance. Hydration: The blue color gives an impression of high moisture content, but the hydrating effect doesn't seem to last as long as expected. While it didn't cause any blemishes, so I didn't feel any irritation, I couldn't really notice any hydrating effects or pore-minimizing benefits, unfortunately. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinAug 1, 2024
As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I experience severe deep dryness in winter, while in summer my face becomes an oil slick shortly after cleansing. My biggest concern is excessive oiliness and enlarged pores during the hot months. 📌Texture: It's a light, sky-blue soothing cream that feels soft and gentle. Not thick or heavy, making it perfect for summer use. 📌Application: The lightweight formula glides on smoothly and effortlessly. 📌Absorption: It absorbs well, but leaves a slightly sticky feeling due to its mild richness. 📌Oil and moisture balance: For oily skin, it might be a bit rich for daytime summer use. In the peak of summer, I found it slightly heavy during the day, so I'm using it only in the evenings. It should work well for both morning and night come autumn. Those with dry skin might find the oil-moisture balance suitable even for summer use. 📌Scent: Nearly fragrance-free, which I personally prefer in skincare products. I'll need to use it more consistently to see if it truly helps with pore tightening. During summer, I like to keep cream products in the fridge. When applied cool, this product provides a pleasant cooling effect. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinAug 1, 2024
As a guy with oily skin, I usually don't prefer products with high oil content. I like moisturizers that are hydrating, fresh, and absorb quickly. Here's my honest review after using this for about two weeks: The absorption and application are great! As you can see in the photo, it's packed with hydration. It absorbs into the skin, leaving it moisturized! Unlike other products that evaporate quickly and leave your skin feeling tight, this one maintains its effect, which I really appreciate. Usually, long-lasting creams tend to be quite oily, but this product has a good balance of oil and moisture. I didn't mind applying it before bed, which is a plus. My skin texture has improved! In summer, my skin often feels oily on the surface but dry underneath. After using this product, my skin texture became smoother, and I even felt like my oiliness decreased! It provides deep hydration, so I find myself applying it often. Overall, I would definitely repurchase this! It's an excellent product for men's skincare in summer. For guys with acne-prone oily skin like me, it doesn't feel heavy, improves skin texture, and reduces oiliness. Highly recommended! Hmm... I can't say I saw significant effects on pores in just two weeks. It's not like my skin became super moisturized and my pores disappeared. If you're looking for something cool and instantly absorbing like aloe gel, you might find this a bit heavy. If you apply this before bed, you'll wake up with noticeably moisturized skin in the morning! For those who tend to have hot skin, I recommend storing it in the fridge. This way, you can enjoy a cooling, soothing effect along with the moisturizing benefits when you apply it! - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJul 30, 2024
My skin type is oily! I was worried about my skin heating up in summer, but surprisingly, this product doesn't have a cooling effect when applied (I didn't refrigerate it!). However, after application, it noticeably reduced the heat on my face! It's moisturizing and doesn't cause pilling when I apply makeup over it. That's why I think it's great for use in the morning, before makeup, and in the evening! It's a perfect daily item for hydration. While using this product, I didn't experience any blemishes breaking out! They say it's passed human application tests for acne-prone skin. As for the scent, it has a subtle floral fragrance. I'm not particularly sensitive to scents, so it was fine for me! It claims to control sebum production and minimize pores, but I've only been using it for a few days, so I can't really comment on those aspects yet!
