As someone with super sensitive dry skin, I've been stressed lately because my forehead suddenly became acne-prone. Luckily, I was chosen to be part of The Hwahae Testers. It's amazing how this hydrating cream is exactly what my skin type needed! It deeply replenishes moisture while controlling oil, making my skin feel incredibly comfortable. It reminds me of the La*** Water Bank moisturizer, but it's even more hydrating. Looking at the ingredient list, it seems to pack more high-quality, effective ingredients. I was worried about the fragrance being too strong, but it's not irritating at all. This moisturizer seems perfect for summer, regardless of whether you have dry, combination dehydrated, oily, or blemish-prone skin! It excellently combats deep dryness while keeping the surface fresh. My skin feels at ease, and I think it's even helping with pore management. I'm extremely satisfied with how it feels on my skin! On extremely dry days, like in winter, it might feel a bit insufficient for my dry, combination dehydrated skin. However, as a summer moisturizer, I'm truly satisfied! I don't usually have many blemishes except during seasonal changes. My pores are noticeable and I tend to produce excess sebum. This review is based on my experience from the evening I received the product until this morning. The texture feels like a bouncy, hydrating gel-cream hybrid. I put it in the fridge as soon as I got it and used it in the evening. After cleansing and applying my exfoliating toner, I applied the Cnidium Derma Moisture Cream on its own. It combines the cool sensation of a gel with the moisturizing feel of a cream, resulting in a refreshing yet slightly rich application. However, it doesn't feel heavy or suffocating. The finish actually felt a bit drier than I expected (for combination dehydrated skin). When I tried to layer more after absorption, I noticed some pilling. The next day, I applied it in this order: exfoliating toner - hydrating serum - Cnidium Derma Moisture Cream. It felt less dry than when used alone, but I still noticed a slight dryness. I couldn't really feel the deep hydration effect. I absolutely love the scent of this cream. It has a subtle, pleasant floral fragrance that made me feel good every time I applied it. While it might be a bit dry for those with dry or combination dehydrated skin, I think it could work well for oily skin types during seasonal transitions. The price seems a bit too high. Also, the spatula doesn't stay attached and keeps falling off, so I ended up removing it and applying the cream with my hands. It's great to keep it in the fridge and apply a thin layer in the morning before makeup or sunscreen - it adheres well to the skin! Even when applied in the evening, the moisture lasts until morning!! It also helps control sebum on the nose, and when focused on problem areas, it even has the effect of reducing pores! After consistent use, I've noticed my pores look cleaner, which makes my makeup apply better too~!! What could be disappointing... It seems like it wouldn't be drying even in winter... And if it is, you could just apply another layer... I'm only writing this because I have to fill in something! In the morning, I apply it lightly with a quick swipe. It's neither sticky nor does it pill, so it's perfect for morning use!! In the evening, I apply it more thickly like a mask (layering it several times). It's not heavy and absorbs quickly, allowing for plump skin until morning.
