And let me tell you, it's absolutely fantastic! I've used many shampoo bars before, but this one from Cosmo isn't stiff at all. The scent is incredibly refreshing - it's like walking through a rainy forest path. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with it.
ConsDespite my high satisfaction, I must mention that it softened and turned clay-like faster than expected, so I used it up quickly. However, I believe this was due to my lack of proper care. I didn't place it on a soap dish, but I think it wouldn't soften if dried properly.
TipAs mentioned above, it's best to store it on a soap dish that allows proper drying. Also, even though it's a great shampoo bar, remember it's still 'soap,' so it might feel a bit firm. Don't use conditioner right after; just let your hair air dry. Your hair will end up feeling super soft and smooth!

I loved how it gives off a healthy vibe that matches the ingredients!) - It lathers well (I usually don't prefer low pH shampoos because, while they're good for the hair, they don't give me that properly cleansed feeling due to my slightly oily scalp. However, this product rinses off cleanly like a regular shampoo, which I really appreciate!)
ConsIt's not really a drawback, but I thought it might be even better if they included a foaming net as part of the package!

Even before opening, the green scent wafts up, which I absolutely adored as someone who loves these kinds of fragrances. Pleasantly, the scent isn't overpowering when used. Performance: Those familiar with shampoo bars will know that, being soap-based, it doesn't leave your hair feeling soft after use. However, compared to other products I've tried, it felt less stiff. The hair wash experience is delightfully squeaky clean, and it lathers up nicely with a rich foam! Another great point is that the bar is firm and doesn't soften easily - a huge plus in my book! Noticeably, it left my hair feeling less greasy, so I think those with oily scalps would be quite satisfied with this product.
ConsAs mentioned earlier, it doesn't leave your hair feeling soft after use. It cleanses thoroughly like washing your hands with soap, so you might want to follow up with a treatment or apply some hair essence afterward. If I had to nitpick, the scent might be polarizing for some. While it's not particularly stiff even without using a treatment, it may feel stiffer compared to conventional liquid shampoos we're used to.
TipFor the best lather, rub it on the ends of your hair - you'll get an amazingly rich foam. If you have short hair, just work up a lather in your hands and massage it into your scalp as you would with regular shampoo, adding water as needed. As many others have mentioned, using the bottle cap as a soap dish works brilliantly! For those interested in zero-waste products and curious about shampoo bars, this could be a great introduction. I'll likely repurchase when I run out.

The packaging was very thorough and eco-friendly. The forest scent upon opening was impressive (I was initially worried about the strong fragrance, but when used, it was subtle enough not to cause headaches). 2. It lathers extremely well, and the bar doesn't soften easily, making it convenient to use. Just wet it and rub a few times to cover the entire head. 3. When I received the product, my scalp inflammation was severe, with sebum particles appearing shortly after washing. After using this for a few days, the inflammation almost disappeared. 4. I love the squeaky clean feeling while washing. 5. When drying my hair, there's no itchiness or need to focus on my scalp, suggesting the inflammation has subsided well. 6. I usually only use shampoo without conditioner or treatment, and compared to other deep cleansing shampoos, this left my hair feeling less dry (despite the squeaky clean wash!).
ConsIt claims to be soothing and cooling, so I expected a refreshing sensation like Olive Young shampoos, but it's actually very gentle.
TipIt works great when used with a shampoo brush.

The lather is surprisingly good! It foams up quickly when you massage it into your hair. Even though I have long hair and usually need to pre-wash before shampooing, with this product I could rinse once, then lather up and wash out without any issues on the second round. The scent is like a cool forest breeze, which I personally enjoy, though it might be a matter of individual preference.
ConsI don't have any complaints so far. However, if you dislike the feeling of your hair being stiff after washing, you might find it difficult to use this shampoo on its own.

I have an extremely oily scalp, and on hot and humid days like these, even if I wash my hair in the morning, it gets greasy by nighttime. Fragrance: As soon as I opened the small packaging containing the soap, the scent wafted up. I really dislike artificial or strong fragrances, but this shampoo bar had a pleasant, refreshing forest and woody aroma. Usage experience: I usually prefer shampoos that lather well, so I don't typically go for shampoo bars. However, this product created a rich, creamy lather that made hair washing enjoyable! As I mentioned earlier, I have an extremely oily scalp, so on particularly bad days, I used to wash my hair twice. But with this soap-like product, one thorough wash was enough to leave my scalp squeaky clean. While it left my scalp feeling fresh, it's worth noting that after drying, my hair felt surprisingly soft for a shampoo bar, making it convenient to use.
ConsThe only downside is that, being soap-based, it tends to get mushy when left on a holder.
TipFor best results, wet your hair thoroughly and work the shampoo bar to create a good lather!

Compared to regular shampoo bars, it feels softer when you hold it. It's quite gentle when massaging directly onto the hair and scalp. I especially loved how it lathers up nicely - it's almost as good as liquid shampoo, if not quite there. It also rinses out well, just like a shampoo bar should. As for the scent, when they said 'forest', I was curious if it would smell like fresh air, trees, or grass. It's more of a subtle blend of grass and wood, I'd say. Rather than mugwort, it's reminiscent of a mild medicinal herb scent? I appreciated the calming fragrance. After washing, the scent lingers for a bit before fading gently. When rinsing, there's a squeaky-clean feeling? It leaves the hair feeling a bit stiff, so using a complementary treatment bar might enhance the experience. I usually have some dandruff and occasional blemishes on my scalp, but even after eating quite oily foods for a few days, I noticed fewer blemishes than usual.
ConsWhen I check my hair condition in the morning, it seems a bit oilier compared to using regular shampoo. However, since it's summer and I'm washing my hair more frequently, it shouldn't be a big issue.
TipIt's best to wet the shampoo bar, rub it directly on your hair, and then massage it in.

I've used other shampoo bars that didn't foam well, requiring more rubbing and quick use-up. This one foams nicely, so it should last longer. ✔️ I love the scent. As someone who enjoys woody, forest-like fragrances, this one's truly reminiscent of a forest, and it lifts my mood just smelling it. ✔️ My scalp is prone to irritation, so I usually use anti-dandruff shampoos. However, this doesn't cause dandruff and doesn't irritate my scalp! The ingredients seem gentle. ✔️ It's great for travel or the gym since it's an all-in-one product for hair and body.
Cons✔️ Being a shampoo bar, you'll still need to use a conditioner afterwards. ✔️ As it's a bar soap, storage can be tricky. But this is a trade-off for being environmentally friendly without plastic packaging, so it's worth adapting to.

My hair, bleached thrice and dyed dark, was in terrible condition. This is my first time trying a shampoo bar, and I think I'll be repurchasing. The fragrance is genuinely natural - a delightful blend of fig and woody notes that's right up my alley. While it doesn't lather as abundantly as liquid shampoos when I rub it directly on my hair, it creates a rich, dense foam. For my extremely oily scalp, I usually need to shampoo twice to feel clean. But with this, one wash leaves my hair squeaky clean! It's incredibly effective at removing oil. In today's trend of zero waste, I appreciate that it doesn't generate plastic bottle waste. Interestingly, when I apply conditioner after using this shampoo bar, it seems to absorb much better. With regular shampoos, conditioner often felt like it was just sitting on top of my hair, but this allows for much better penetration! Initially, rinsing felt a bit squeaky, almost rough, which was surprising. However, once my hair dried, even the parts without conditioner felt remarkably soft - I was amazed!
ConsThe only downside might be that it's a bit challenging to work up a lather at first. But rubbing it directly on your hair solves that issue. It can get a bit mushy if left wet, so be mindful of that. Despite these minor points, I'm satisfied as I haven't experienced any dandruff, and my hair seems less prone to getting greasy compared to before.
TipMy current hair washing routine: I use the bar once on my scalp, once all over my hair, and apply conditioner only to the lengths. If you rub the shampoo bar directly on your hair, it lathers decently. Just make sure to rinse thoroughly.

It's even better than an air freshener - gentle yet reminiscent of walking through a forest. That immediately put me in a great mood. I also appreciated that all the packaging was made of paper, making it eco-friendly, and the product had a generous shelf life. As expected, using the shampoo bar released that same wonderful fragrance. It has great cleansing effectiveness, and above all, the ingredients are excellent, making the whole hair-washing experience refreshing. With scalp-strengthening components that protect the hair texture and added protein, it seems to be a great product all around. After using only regular plastic bottled shampoos, switching to this eco-friendly shampoo bar felt a bit unfamiliar at first, but it leaves my hair feeling even more refreshed.
ConsPerhaps because my hair is long, I couldn't get a rich lather with just 4-5 rolls on my scalp and hair ends. It took about 10 rolls to create a substantial amount of foam! This might vary depending on hair length. For those who don't like rubbing it directly on their hair, you can wet the shampoo bar and it will create plenty of lather, so you could apply the foam with your hands instead.
TipWe don't have a separate soap dish at home. So, to avoid feeling uneasy about just leaving the shampoo bar out, I'm storing it on a drink bottle cap. This keeps it from getting soft and unusable! When I first used it, I felt awkward and wondered, 'Am I doing this right?' But I just went for it and rubbed the shampoo bar on my scalp and hair, which turned out to be the correct method! If you only use the shampoo bar, your hair might feel quite stiff, so make sure to use a treatment or conditioner afterwards.
