I got to use this product as a winner of the Hwahae Testers program. And let me tell you, it's absolutely fantastic! I've used many shampoo bars before, but this one from Cosmo isn't stiff at all. The scent is incredibly refreshing - it's like walking through a rainy forest path. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with it. Despite my high satisfaction, I must mention that it softened and turned clay-like faster than expected, so I used it up quickly. However, I believe this was due to my lack of proper care. I didn't place it on a soap dish, but I think it wouldn't soften if dried properly. As mentioned above, it's best to store it on a soap dish that allows proper drying. Also, even though it's a great shampoo bar, remember it's still 'soap,' so it might feel a bit firm. Don't use conditioner right after; just let your hair air dry. Personally, I was pleasantly surprised by this product. It was my first time using a shampoo bar, and while it felt a bit stiff when I initially rubbed it on my hair, that sensation quickly passed. After using it for a short while, it lathered up amazingly well. Knowing the ingredients are so good gave me confidence to thoroughly massage both my scalp and hair, which felt really satisfying. The scent is very subtle - I could barely detect it, but I think that's better than an overpowering fragrance. It gives a healthy feeling! After using the shampoo and treatment, and stepping out with wet hair, I could hardly tell the difference between this and my usual expensive shampoo - my hair felt so soft and nice. The value for money is absolutely fantastic! I think I'll have to switch to this product! After two weeks of use, my hair texture stays healthy, and I'm really loving it. There's nothing particularly disappointing about it. If anything, the scent could be a bit stronger, but even as it is, it's not bad. Actually, I prefer this healthier option to artificially scented products with chemical fragrances. As someone with oily skin, my hair usually gets greasy within hours during summer. But when I used this hair bar, it seemed to keep the greasiness at bay longer! Plus, the fragrance is absolutely delightful and it lathers up really well. I thought the centella asiatica in it would prevent blemishes, but after using it, I got quite a few pimples on my scalp. When I used regular shampoo, my scalp would get oily, which was uncomfortable. But with this product, I'm not exaggerating when I say that even after a day, my scalp doesn't get greasy at all! It lathers up well too, so you only need to use a small amount to get that refreshing scent all over. My hair is quite damaged, so there's an unavoidable stiffness. I've tried using it twice without conditioner, and while it's less stiff than with regular shampoo, it still feels a bit rigid. Unfortunately, being a soap bar, it's inevitably vulnerable to water and moisture. I store mine in a soap dish to protect it from moisture and water! To use, thoroughly wet your hair, rinse your scalp with water first, then gently rub the soap bar on your scalp a few times and massage. It creates an amazing lather!

I have seborrheic dermatitis, though it's not severe. Still, compared to others, my scalp odor develops faster, and even after thorough rinsing and massaging, I experience itching. I've tried many highly-recommended shampoos to address this. The verdict? I absolutely love this one... I've found my holy grail shampoo! My hair reaches my waist, and I've been getting quarterly treatments in the $100 range. But since using this hair bar, the dryness has disappeared. I use it by rubbing it directly on my hair without using a net. This might make it run out faster, making it seem expensive. However, having tried many pricey and highly-rated shampoos, I don't find it overpriced. (I think using two or three bars a month is reasonably priced.) When I used regular shampoo, I would follow up with both treatment and conditioner. But with this, using just one - either treatment or conditioner - somehow leaves my hair silky smooth and nourished, as if it's been deeply conditioned. It's bouncy and soft. I highly recommend it!
