If you found Water Beam too whitish, you'll likely love this one. They're quite similar though, so I'd recommend just getting Wave. The texture is very similar to Laka - a wet-type formula. It's not a finely-milled, light-reflecting highlighter, but more like a shimmery eyeshadow with sparse glitter. It's not really a 'beam' that gives dimension and radiance, but rather a pearlescent shadow that adds subtle color intrigue. If you're expecting a vivid, reflective blue like Ofra's Space Baby, you might be disappointed. But given how rare proper blue highlighters are in K-beauty, this is satisfying for daily use. Instead of creating dimension with a white base, it has blue and silver pearls that sparkle on their own. This means it's not suitable for the nose bridge, but great for inner corners or cheeks to cool down your complexion. As a beauty junkie who hoards anything blue or purple, I find Wave a bit too tame, but it's still lovely. While 2NE1 offers great quality for the price and I plan to keep an eye on their products, personally I find silky semi-matte finishes (pearl to bone broth glow) more flattering than dewy, glass skin looks. I bought this because I wanted a blue highlighter, and I'm really pleased with its wearable blue beam for everyday use. The size is also just right, which is great. First off, this is a moisturizing highlighter. The color payoff is fantastic, and it barely accentuates pores, which I'm really satisfied with. This is the best highlighter I've ever tried! It gives off an aurora-like glow that really accentuates the bridge of the nose. The color payoff is excellent even when applied with fingers. When using a brush, there's a risk of the product crumbling due to its texture. Yay Cool Mu+ Shade 21 Yellow Tone The moment you apply it, blue and white pearls sparkle, making your nose glow even from afar. When you go out wearing this, people ask which highlighter you're using! The packaging is flimsy. If you carry it in your makeup pouch, it might break. If you have a yellow undertone like me or a darker complexion, applying it to the inner corners of your eyes works best! Since there are many issues with damage during shipping, it might be better to purchase this offline.

As a blue highlighter enthusiast, I find this absolutely stunning. It's not an intense blue, but more like a white with about 30% blue mixed in. Nothing particularly bad to mention. The wet formula gives it a soft texture with finely packed pearls and great adherence. It provides a dewy glow. It's more wearable for daily use than expected, making this blue halo eye shadow quite approachable. It has a silver base with larger blue pearl accents. I've always thought halo shadows don't need to come in large quantities, so I appreciate that this comes in a compact size with good value for money. It improved my opinion of the brand. I'm a huge fan of mini cosmetics! Being a wet formula, it's not powdery. That's why the smaller size is even better. I received it from an online retailer, but it arrived broken. However, this seems to be a shipping issue. It's hit or miss.
