I love that the pills aren't too big and are super easy to swallow. Some multivitamins can be so large that they're hard to get down, and you end up having to drink way more water than expected, leaving you feeling bloated!

This is my first time trying pantothenic acid.
I was curious because it's said to help reduce sebum production, inflammation, and acne.
It shouldn't be considered a cure-all.

Not only my face but also my body produces a lot of sebum, which was stressful.
As expected, it needs to be taken consistently, so I haven't noticed any significant changes yet.

From what I've gathered about pantothenic acid:
There are reports of hair loss as a side effect, but it doesn't seem to be common.
This product also contains a small amount of biotin, which is good.

It's incorrect information that taking 4 pills of pantothenic acid or taking more will lead to better results.

If you're worried about hair loss and want to take biotin along with pantothenic acid, high doses of biotin are not recommended. Keep this in mind!
