  Pros

  First off, I loved that the pills are small, making them easy to swallow without getting stuck in your throat. Another plus is that they're odorless, which I really appreciate.

  First off, the tablets are small, making them easy to swallow even though you take two at a time. They don't have any strong odor or taste that might cause nausea. I appreciate that this supplement contains a good amount of other nutrients like vitamins and biotin, in addition to pantothenic acid, which isn't common in many products. It's great that it doesn't feel overwhelming for the kidneys despite the comprehensive formula. I'm satisfied that I can get sufficient nutrients with just two tablets, without worrying about overdosing or feeling too full from taking multiple supplements. The pantothenic acid seems to be working - the blemishes on my chest have slightly subsided, so I plan to continue taking it consistently. I've also noticed some scratches and brittleness in my nails, and since pantothenic acid is known to benefit hair and nail health, I intend to take it for a full two months to see the results.

  There aren't any downsides I've noticed so far. I think I'd need to take it for at least a month to identify any potential drawbacks.

  Pros

  After taking it for about 3 days, it was too short a time to notice any significant benefits or effects. However, I appreciated that it contains the daily recommended amount of pantothenic acid. Since hair loss can be a side effect of pantothenic acid intake, I was glad to see that biotin was also included. The pills were small, making them easy to swallow. Many supplements have strange odors, but this one didn't, which made it more comfortable to take. That was probably my favorite aspect. Many pantothenic acid powders on the market are overly sweet or feel like junk food, but these pills felt clean and medicinal, which I liked.

  Cons

  Everything was good, but the one downside was the addition of milk. There are quite a few people with milk allergies, you know. If they could substitute the milk component with something else, I think I'd feel even more comfortable taking it.

  Pros

  I love that I can take supplements my body needs. Although I haven't been taking them for long, so I'm not sure yet, I have sensitive skin prone to blemishes. I think I'll know more after taking them for a while longer. I also appreciated that the pills don't have any smell. They're easy to swallow, which is great. I think I'll be able to feel the effects after taking them for a bit longer.

  This was my first time trying pantothenic acid, and I was pleased that it didn't have the strong odor that other vitamins often have! After taking it, I didn't experience any acid reflux, and the small size of the pill made it easy to swallow. I appreciated that it wasn't just vitamins, but included a total of 8 ingredients like biotin and niacin, so I didn't need to take separate supplements. It was my first time taking a supplement specifically for skin health, and I definitely felt like my blemishes appeared less frequently and healed faster.

  Since it's a water-soluble vitamin, it seemed to dissolve a bit quickly in my mouth, so I wish I had taken it with water right away.
